Supply and application of LRB mattres having density of 120kg/m3 and thickness of 60mm on all types of surfaces of Boiler Walls, Ducts, Pipes, Valves, Furnace, ESP including binding and other hardware.

a) Single layer

Supply and application of new Aluminium sheet 22 SWG (0.71 mm thick) over insulation to be secured with the help of 20 SWG casing supports, self tapping screws, lacing wire including two coats of bituminous paint on inside.

Application of reusable/ dismantled/ new Al./MS/GI sheet of any thickness over insulation to be secured with the help of 20 SWG casing supports, self tapping screws, lacing wire.

Removal of old GI/MS/Al.Sheet from all types of ducts, walls, valves, pipes etc.

Removal of LRB mattress, (all thicknesses) from all types of surfaces.

Supply & application of hard setting plaster 12mm thick comprising of cement & asbestos fluff in 3:1 ratio.

Supply and application of CAT-9 plaster.

Supply and application of 22 SWG GI sheet over insulation to be secured with GI fittings on ducts.

Supply and application of pourable insulation.

Supply and application of Castable refractory.

PART-B

REMOVAL AND APPLICATION OF OLD CERAMIC PADS.

Removal of old blanket of 50mm/75mm Thickness pads (Total Thickness = 225 mm ).

Application of old/new blanket of 50mm/75mm Thickness pads (Total Thickness = 225 mm).

SUPPLY OF NEW CERAMIC INSULATION MATERIAL.

Supply of new ceramic fiber blankets made without binder from long spun fibers of alumina and silica, ceramic cloth suited to withstand temperature upto 1000˚c on continuous basis along with corresponding quantity of densely woven glass cloth suited to withstand temperature upto 600˚c on continuous basis & Silicon coated fiber glass cloth (for outer layer) to prevent dust and oil ingress (225 mm Thickness).
