Dismantling posts or struts (wood or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete including dismantling of barbed wire fixed etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for drains, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of settled earth/soil in drains hard/dense not exceeding 1.5 deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C2)using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete type 1:4:8 (type D2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base of drain, foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with old size sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white washing on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Ist quality of Acrocem/snowcem plus or equivalent of Narolac or Berger)

Material and Labour for preparation of old plaster surfaces of wall including complete removal washing rubbing and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Ist quality of Acrocem/snowcem plus or equivalent of Narolac or Berger

Supply and Fix rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle,flat iron or tee sections Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250 quality 'A') , fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated

Supply and Fix mild steel nuts and bolts not exceeding 12mm dia of bolt and not exceeding 75mm in length with two washers,one bolt complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured

Supply and Fix 4mm dia galvanised steel wire,(Chain Link) not exceeding 100x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape including cranking, bending, hooping for chain link fencing etc and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia (annealed) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of bushes/Site clearance up to 1m both sides from the fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus spoil/dismantled material exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m, depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting level (hard/dense soil) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B2) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete all as specified as directed.

Material and Labour for 300 mm reinforced concrete pipes, Class NP3, laid and jointed with collar complete all as specified as directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 (type C-2) concrete bed to 300 internal dia NP-3 pipe drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.
