Supply and fix Gl frame work for seamless ceiling size of grid 605x605mm comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule 'A' Part - I (E/M ITEMS):- Taking down the unserviceable point wiring (light, fan,socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendent regulators, sockets etc any light points and making good distrubed surfaces of walls and floors Taking down aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials for taking schedule of credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable DBs/Metal clad sockets, with MCBs and Main switches complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan, dismantling blades and removing fan and refixing ceiling fan after completion of re-wiring, and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as directed including provision of new split pin & testing complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Exhaust fan, dismantling blades and removing fan and refixing Exhaust fan after completion of re-wiring, and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan all as directed including thorough cleaning of louvers & testing complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Painting of Ceiling and Exhaust fans complete, in site with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc. & writing MES No as existing complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia and conduit accessories concealed in existing brick/stone wall and provision of PVC Insulated heavy duty ISI marked, FRLS, unsheathed copper conductor, 1.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly for the following: -

(a) One light point controlled by one 5 Amps switch

(b) One ceiling fan/Exhaust fan controlled by one 5 Amps switch

(c ) One socket 5 amp on independent board.

(d) One socket 5 amp on Same Board with other switches.

All as per item No 149 above but wiring with 2.5 sq mm FRLS copper cable including earth continuity conductor with 2.5 sq mm FRLS copper cable for one 6 pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board controlled by 15 Amps switch. Note for item No. 149 & 150 :- (a) The cover plate with frame for fixing modular switch/socket/regulator etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule.

Provn of point wiring complete with 2 run of 4.00 sqmm single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked, FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia and conduit accessories fixed to walls/roofs/floors/ceiling etc., and including provision of PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked unsheathed copper conductor FRLS 4 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly for 20 Amps Metal clad socket.

Supply and fix Modular switch 1 way 6A, 1 module type, 230 volts, ISI marked complete.

Supply and fix Modular type stepped type electronic fan regulator, 120 Watt, 2 Module 230 Volts

Supply and fix modular type Socket, 6A - 2/3 pin combined 2 module, multipurpose flush type, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix modular type Socket 6A/16A - 2/3 pin combined 2 module, multipurpose flush type, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix modular white cover plate with frame, 1/2 module ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED tube light fitting 10W, 220V, AC sleek and seamless profiled extruded polycarbonate batten with an efficient diffuser including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to light fitting and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Wipro, cat No LL20-111-xxx-65NE3** or its approved techno commercial equivalent.

Supply and fix study lamp 2 watt LED wall mounted cool white colour, corded 360 degree rotation, including power saving bulb etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Philips Cat No 30975 or its approved techno equivalent.

Supply and fix in repair building security light LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP-66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Quoted rate is inclusive of alteration to existing street light bracket suitable for the new fitting.

Supply and fix Electric water heater (Geyser), storage type ABS plastic body with stainless steel with glass lined coating inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 50 litre, BEE 5 Star rated, rust resistant complete with all accessories such as safety valve thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sub main wiring complete with two runs of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked, FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multistanded with copper conductor drawn through and including 25 mm dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories concealed and including provision of PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked, unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade 4 Sqmm for earth continuity conductor and making good the disturbed surface also matching the existing surface all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Two run of cable and one run of earth wire and PVC conduct is measured as one length.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure double door MCB DB Triple Pole and Neutral 4 way, 415 Volts with 200 A rated bus bar & neutral link complete including flushing the DBs inside the wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces and also matching with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures for MCB distribution board 230 Volts Single pole and neutral 4 way Double door complete including flushing the DBs inside the wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces and also matching with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB Triple Pole and Neutral, 230 volts, 16 to 32 Amps, 'C' Curve, 10 KA, including MCB Single pole and Neutral complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB Single pole and Neutral, 230 volts, 32 Amps, 'C' Curve, 10 KA, including MCB Single pole and Neutral complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB Single pole, 230 volts, 6 to 32 Amps, 'B' Curve, 10 KA, including MCB Single pole and Neutral complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to 4 mm dia GI earth wire as earth lead upto a length of 7.5 metre long by means of bolts, nuts, washers etc. and protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm dia and 20mm dia GI tubing medium grade with funnel for watering, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, back-fill with salt and charcoal, provision of test point including connected to earth test point and necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil. The earth pit shall be casted in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber & RCC (1:2:4) type B1, angle iron frame including GI cover with hinge and funnel for watering pipe etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix exhaust fan 300mm sweep, made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding complete including making good the surface to match the surrounding all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for provision of hole on the wall for fixing of the exhaust fan and connecting with the ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth all as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply, lay, spread in trenches river sand including spreading, levelling, punning for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Note : For measurement purpose only punned thickness shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall including taking down complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

All as per item No 187 here-in-before but for cable of size 70 to 150 sq mm.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair cable route indicator made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of suitable size (As approved by Engr-in-charge) duly painted with two coats yellow paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing cable direction and size of cable (in SQMM), type of cable (LT cable) with red paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle height 45 cm, (30cm below ground level) with PCC foundation size 20cmx20cmx15cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and fix bus bar box of size 450mmx300mmx500mm fabricated by 3 mm thick MS sheet outdoor type, mounted/fixed on angle Iron frame of MS equal angle size 40x40x6mm of height 0.90 mtr and fixed in ground complete box with dust/vermin proof including aluminium flat of size 50x6 mm fixed as bus bar over the insulators, sleeved for three phase and neutral and spray painting the box with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of metal primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including necessary excavation,PCC for fixing the box complete all as directed by Eng-in-cahrge and box shall be suitable to accomodate including supply and fixing of following switchgears: (a) MCCB 4 pole, 200 Amps, 415V, 50 Hz of breaking capacity 36 KA -01 No
