Repair/maintenance and servicing of Diesel Engine driven generating sets 415 Volts AC 3 phase 4 wire of capacity160 KVA to 200 KVA ,complete , attending to breakdown as and when it is occured, including all necessary periodical checking and testing of DG sets as per manufacture's instruction for smooth and efficient functioning of DG sets. Note:- (i) Spares will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of these schdule as "Supply only" Items. (ii) Maintenance work shall be carried out by authorised representative of manufacturer's of DG Set.

Taking out of Engine head from engine assembly, cleaning of engine head complete, taking out all parts, de-carbonising of engine head by head grinding and polishing, existing head sheets cutting, new valve socket sheets fixing as per original shape and size, replacement of inlet valves, outlet valves, valve guides etc. including valve grinding and polishing, return back of enging head from workshop, refitting of engine head to engine top including replacement of head gasket complete set, tunning and testing of engine at full load complete all as specified and directed for 62.5/82.5/100 KVA capacity DG set. Note : (i) The cost of cleaning materials like kerocine oil, cotton waste etc. and lubricating item like mobile oil, greese etc. required for this job are deemed inclusive in the rates. Materials and labour Painting of (D.G Set) Alternator and primmover engine complete carefully by applying one coat spray painting with synthetic enamelled paint as per E-in-Cs colour code after cleaning the body by derusting, dusting, cleaning of oil, etc including marking with white paint such as SM No, MES No all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note Adequate measure shall be taken to cover all instruments, switches, capstar plates, name plates, key hole etc to protect from droping of paint for capacity 160 to 200 KVA.
