Supply and fix switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5 pin, 5 Amps flush type, make ISI marked, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed suitable for 1100 volts multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS 694-1990 with ISI marking cable of size 6 sqmm and one run of 1100 V grade PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 6.00 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts as in continuous earth drawn in and including surface PVC conduit medium grade 20 mm bore and accesories of suitable size complete for sub main wiring in walls/roof complete all as specified and as directed. External water supply

S&F cast iron sluice valve of size 100 mm flanged PN-1.6 ISI conforming to IS :14846 hand wheel operated, stainless steel stem with gun metal parts flanged driller to IS: 1538 non rising stem PN-1.6 in existing main water pipe line of size 100 mm dia including cutting, jointing and jointing material etc as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing DI pipe line 100 mm dia bore and inserting one tee 100mm x 100mm x 40mm including connecting pipes, collers etc complete including necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of valve pit chamber 100 cm x 100 cm x 100 cm internal dimension with 10 cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over 10 cm thick hardcore, 20 cm thick PCC block wall built in cement and sand motor 1:4,15 mm thick internal plaster including top of floor in cement and sand motor 1:5, finished even and smooth, with out using extra cement, 1.4 mm thick MS sheet cover with 20x20x4 mm flat iron hold fast, hinges, handle, locking arrangement and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surface including disposal of surplus soil of to a distance of n.exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

External electric supply

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of three phase four wire, 415 Volts indoor type factory made free standing floor mounting double door, dust and vermin proof cubical type, Feeder Pillar box fabricated out 2.0 MM CRCA sheet with anit corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade fully compartmentalized design with 03 Nos of bus bars for phases and 01 No. bus bar for neutral, each made of high conductivity 99.9% pure copper of ETP grade suitable for 1600 Amps for phases and 800 amps for neutral and pre-wired with suitable size of copper cable/insulated copper strip having short circuit rating 50 KA (rms) for one second including suitable aluminium earth strips all as specified with supply and fixing the following :-

(b) Outgoing (i) ACBs 1250 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC, manual draw out type with microprocessor release with over load protection , earth fault protection - 01 Nos (ii) 400 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, AC supply, having breaking capacity Icu = 36 KA, with adjustable load setting - 01 No (iii) MCB TPN 63 Amps , 415 Volt , 10 KA rupturing capacity - 02 Nos

Supply and fixing Electrical Insulating mat as per IS 15652:2006, Class B type, Min Thickness 2.5 mm. Dielectric strength/test potential shall be 45 kV & working potential shall be 11 kV. Insulating mat shall be resistant to acid and oil and low temperature and marked with respective class symbol. Upper surface of the insulating mats shall have small aberration (rough surface without edges)/ dotted to avoid slippery effects complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.75 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32x6 mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers with connected to earth test point & to main switch board /panel etc. all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to equipment/substation/panel etc, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed.
