M & L for Vitrified tiles of Dark Shade or Digital Tiles of Gloss Finish, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 1.00 sqm but not Exc 3.00 Sqm, in floors etc with 05 mm wide spacers and filled with Epoxy Grout of Approved Make, set and jointed in neat cement slurry or screed bed 15cm in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto As in Above Item but in Skirting with a Backing Coat of 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4

M&L Vitrified Glazed tiles Glossy Finish or Digital Tiles Super Gloss in vertical surface Area of Wall tiles Exceeding 0.36 Sqm and not Exceeding 0.76 Sqm), 8 mm thick with 05 mm wide spacers and filled with Epoxy Grout of Approved Make, set and jointed in neat cement slurry or over 10mm thick CM (1:4) as in backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or Stone Boulder Masonary, Bulit in Cement Mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engnr-in-Charge

M & L for brickwork with Fly ash Bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for brickwork with sub-class `B` bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons or Platforms laid bedded in any type of mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engnr-in-Charge etc.

M&L Granite of 20 mm thick (of any type and colour) work (table rubbed/grinding/ moulding and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and like over and including 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:3 all as specified and directed.

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick Granite Stone of any Type stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete.
