Design,supply,fabrication and erection of G.I Pipe 150mm dia. 6.3mm thick having wt of pipe = 25kg/mtr excluding the cost of civil foundations as required . 30 meter for each bridge. As Such FOR 02 No. OF Bridges

Design,supply,fabrication and erection of M.S. Plate 12mm thick width 250mm having wt = 20kg/mtr to be fixed at the base of G.I Pipe structure and over surface of RCC and to be fixed with G.I bolts and welding etc as per requirement. Design,supply,fabrication and erection of ISMB (200x125x72)mm wt =31kg/mtr thicknes 7mm for laying horizontally for making bridge between pipe structure for laying of cables trays and cables.The structure shall be given primer coat and two coats of enamel painting. 800 kgs for each bridge. Contruction Of RCC bed for 13 mtr cable Bridge (1.0 m X 1.0m X 2 mtr)

e) Shuttering by steel plates/ wooden planks including removal of same after use and finishing of outer surface of bed. As such nos 2 Nos.

Supplying and installing 750mm width x 62.5 mm depth x2.0 mm thickness size of perforated Hot Dippped Galvanised Iron Cable tray (Galvanization thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5% , in convenient sections, joined with connectors , to be laid and fixed over ISM bridge with G.I ties etc as required.

Extraction from existing stands and again laying and fixing one number PVC of cables insulated and PVC Sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 grade of above 185 mm2 and upto 400 mm2 size on cable tray/H-Frame structures as required and from:- 1. Principals Office upto Lecture hall. 2. from lecture halls upto Covid-19 Lab.

a)Design,supply,fabrication and erection of M.S. steel structure H- frame all along the cable routes whereever required. Wt of each frame= 13kgs each as such 30 Nos:- 1. From IPD electric control room upto car parking tin shed. 2. From Principals Office upto Lecture Halls. b)Design,supply,fabrication and erection of M.S. steel structure (100x50 x6mm) H- frame along the cable routes. Wt of each frame= 20 kgs each 1200mm height As such 4 Nos:-(LxWxH)=( 4' x 5' x 4'). 1. From M.S office to M.K Kiosk Panel

Making of earthing point with 2 inch dia GI pipe , B class , caged in 6 inch GI pipe , class B in CCM compound and 10 feet Deep, as earthing electrode . The pit is to be dug using borewell and covered with 10X10 inch manhole cover for earthing of Cable bridge and stands.

Dismantling of Existing 07 Mtrs 04 No poles and allied M.S Steel near Principals Office & near Lecture halls and dumping of same at Electrical Sub Store.

Shifting of different size of L.T. cables on Cable trays and Stands from M.S. Office to M.K Panel Near Entrance Gate of M.S. Office upto MRD Registration Counter.

Supply of Cotton Rope 3/4" size for temporary Handling & lifting of LT cables for making of cable Steel structure

Supply and erection of 100mmx50mmx 6mm channel iron for steel structure for laying of LT cables including drilling holes & nuts and bolts and painting one coat of red Oxide and minimum two coats of silver Paint as required at site.( To be fabricated as per drawing /requirement at site)size; 1.)7'x12 nos = 84 feet, 11'x2 nos =22 feet, 10.5x 4 nos = 42 feet, 0.5x6nos = 3 feet & 0.33'x6nos = 2 feet (Total 267 feet) (81.38 mtrs) weight per mtr= 7.9kg.= total kgs= 642 kgs 2.) 3'x16 nos = 48 feet, 5'.2''x 8 nos =42 feet, 15mtr = 2Nos (Total 140 feet) (42.67 mtrs) weight per mtr= 7.9kg=total kgs = 337 kgs.

185 sq. mm. = 03 nos (27 mtrs), 300 sq. mm = 03 nos (50 mtrs) 400 sq. mm = 03 nos ( 50 mtrs)= ~ 380mtrs
