M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (premium quality) Square/rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles light shade (premium quality) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, laid over and including 15 mm thick backing layer of cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x350x7mm/ 600 x 300 x 7mm (premium quality) on vertical surface such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms, in steps, pillars, window cills, etc, laid over 15mm thick bedding in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab, rounding edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel TMT bars 6mm dia to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; n exc 200mm thick (Horizontal and sloping) for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of PCC including WC and removal from sunken floor, cleaning top of the RCC slab and perifherial beams, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruciton (to be measured and paid separately as supply only) without using extra cement with direcrted slop and allowed to dry, application of two coats of polymer modified cementaticious (1/8 inches over all thickeness in two layers) as directed, placing of GI spout of 25 mm dia and projected 300mm apart from outer wall surface, flooding test for 72 hrs on dried surface, after passing the test by Engineer-in-Chage, filling the sunken floor with lean cement concrete (1:3: 6) using cinder up to required depth but surrounding of WC pan will be filled with lime concrete and finished the surface using 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) finished the surface even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Props to be placed on the bottom of sunken slab before starting the work)

S&F for vitreous China water closet (squatt pan) Orrisa pattern 580x440 mm size pan, white, with front or back inlet with integral 'foot rests including provn of lime concrete bedding including connections to flushing cistern/pipe and flush pipe of 32 mm dia (PVC) as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for viterous china wash down water closet pan, white (pedestal pattern), including plastic water closet seat, black/white, closed pattern with recessed bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) and inlcuding PVC pipe of superior quality complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity white with inlet ball valve, float valve and handle including providing & fixing MS angle iron brackets, PVC flush pipe of 32 mm dia complete as in repair all as specified and as directed.

Taking down PVC/CI pipe jointed in cement mortar taking out of wall and eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) and including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc. including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint (premium quality) over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S &F for 3 ways sliding anodised aluminium (powder coated) glazed window shutter with frame with the following specification (a) Frame 50 mm x 65 mm x 1.5 mm Thick (b) 35 mm x 35 x 1.5 mm Z section in stiles, rails (c) 35 mm x 35 mm x 1.5 mm T section mullion (d) two shutter with PVC gasket with 4 mm thick tinted glass, including aluminium handles with necessary locking arrangement and one shutter with stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (premium quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed in and including aluminium anodised snap grid frame work as in false ceiling all as specified size of grid 605x605 mm with aluminium main T section of size 36.5 x25 mmx 1.4 mm weighing 0.24 kg per running metre and cross T of size 23.5 x 26.4 x1.4mm weighing 0.191 kg per RM with aluminium wall angle size 40 x 25 x 2 mm including GI supporting wire of 3mm dia including dismantling of wall and ceiling (fibre, pulp, insulation board/salbs/blankets) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50 mm crushed stone aggregates) as in levelling course, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc. after demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment over RCC roof, projections of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster and demolition of cement concrete etc and cleaning the surface with wire brush including removing debris from the site and depositing in low lying area where directed and providing following :- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in Cement mortar (1:3) on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing liquid water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement. (b) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried. (c) Provide 3mm thick APP modified prefabricated polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3.5 Kg per sqm. APP membrane shall laid acorss the slope from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (d) Finishing with aluminium paint applied @ 0.11 Kg/sqm over the APP. Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (iii) Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F for Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (ISI marked multilayer) with float valve, plastic lid cover, double layered, cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 1000 ltrs including dismantling old unserviceable tank and making connections inlcuding suitable GI wash out, over flow, nipple and including 20mm bore ball valve (minimum weigth of valve 210 gms) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F for Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (ISI marked multilayer) with float valve, plastic lid cover, double layered, cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 ltrs including dismantling old unserviceable tank and making connections inlcuding suitable GI wash out, over flow, nipple and including 20mm bore ball valve (minimum weigth of valve 210 gms) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specifed and directed.
