Supply & install transformer 315 KVA, step down, 11/0.433 KVA complete outdoor type copper wound with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 430 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapping's on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS:1180 (2014) & latest, energy efficient, level III complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for platform for installation of transformer size 2mx2mx1.20m by block masonry construction in cement motor 1:4 and PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundation and Earth work in getting any type of soil including 10 mm thick plaster on PCC masonry work in cement motor 1:4 and applying two coats of antifungal paint (apex) over a coat of primer on plaster surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1, 1:3:6, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for bed blocks and posts all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finish even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal paint - APEX) over a coat of acrylic emulsion exterior primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

M&L for angle iron 50x50x5 mm and flat iron for post & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, nothich for wire etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS screws and bolts (machine made) 11 to 15mm dia, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends,each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, nexc 5cm long all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel deformed bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending for securing of chain link fencing all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gussets plates, rails, braces complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging with hinges, locking arrangement and hanging including welding etc also fastening and fixing complete confirming to grade Fe-290 (Gde E-165) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of size 75 x 75mm of any type of standard, rail straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of size 75 x 75mm of any type of standard, rail straining bolts etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying and spreading crushed stone aggregate size 40mm in area surrounding HT 2/4 pole structure and 15cm deep in between Sub class 'B' brick masonry 15cms above the ground all as specified and as directed.

S & F prestressed concrete pole 11 mtr long, 152 mm x152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom class 8 including painting upto 1.5 mtr from the ground level in 30cm wide synthetic enamelled paint strip all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Heavy gang operated triple pole mechanically operated air break on load disconnecting switch each pole consist of galvanised iron base HT 11KV with polymer insulators per phase non ferrous knife and spring loaded contact GI pipe of adequate length for operation from ground level and operating handle complete in both OFF and ON position capacity 11 KV 200 Amps all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 11 KV Heavy Drop Out Fuse complete in each pole consist of galvanised iron base HT 11KV with polymer insulators all as specified and as directed.

M&L for HT 11 KV Disc type insulator with hardware, single disc assembly, polymeric insulator and socket type all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Pin type polymer insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washers and one GI iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11 KV grade all as specified and as directed.

S & F lightening arrestor HT 11000 KV pole mounting with polymeric insulator complete with all fittings transmission class nominal discharge current upto 65 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms for two pole structure with GOD, LA as ISMC-75 x 6 mm, MS flat 50x6 mm, bracing supports clamps and back plats fabricated for structural steel sections including suitable size of nut, bolts & washers, welding being cold or hot drilling holes for bolts of suitable shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and finishing coat of painting all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying HT XLPE cable insulated , screened, PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core 11KV grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in tranches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out soft/disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fine river sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable & 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm for cable protection complete all as directed and as specified. Note:- Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm with ISI mark all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated material all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 80 mm dia light grade GI tubing laid in trenches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and a directed.

Supply and fix end cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for cable 3 core 95 sqmm XLPE insulated armoured with aluminium conductor 11 KV all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length, provision the earth lead to earth connection in the main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in soft disintegrated rock and provision of 15mm dia pipe with funnel, PCC earth chamber of 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engineer -in -Charge all as specified and as directed.
