S/F MCCB DB : Supplying and fixing surface mounting, 415 volts, TPN MCCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 amps tinned copper neutral bus bar, common neutral link, for mounting MCCB's, of 200 amps, degree of protection IP-43, interconnection between incomer MCCB and bus bars, as required. Make in India products.

Installation and successful commissioning of the rotary operating handle for existing MCCB. to be mounted on existing panel door to control the 125 to 450 Amp MCCB by machine driling complete with all accessories and without dameging the panel. etc. as required.

Installation and commissioning of the rotary panel door lock for existing panel door complete with all accessories and without dameging the panel etc. as required.

Supplying armoured cable 50 Sq mm: Armoured cable of XLPE insulated (cross linked polythelene) PVC sheathed, armoured with galvanised round / strip steel, 1100 V. grade conforming to I.S. 1554 (part-1) & IS :7098 (part-1), 4 core 50 Sq. mm. stranded aluminium conductor etc as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp) size on cable tray as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 X 50 sq. mm (35mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying LED industrial luminaire for surface mounting type not more than 18/20 watts tube with box type batten / fitting (white vitreous enamelled/ powder coated) made from CRCA sheet with one no. Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. As per CPWD specification.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
