Cold miling of Bituminous pavement surface upto the required depth by machanical means using milling machine without disturbing the under laying layers to proper line and level, cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the miled materials for reuse, necessary guarding barricading & lighting, including hire charge of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleared with mechanical broom (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory and directed by the deptt.) (a) 80 mm thick interlocking precast blocks having compressive strength of 40N/sq.mm.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TIP Batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, olling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 509 complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 km initial lead from mixing plant) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.).

WBM Grading 3 Using stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.
