Excavating trenches by mechanical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, etc. including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m — All kinds of soil — Pipes not exceeding 200 mm dia — A-B sewer line (200mm dia, 130m, trench depth 1.50m)

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars / spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete — 200 mm dia RCC Hume Pipe NP-3 — A-B sewer line (130m)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) up to haunches of S.W./RCC pipes including bed concrete as per standard design — 200 mm diameter pipe — A-B (130m)

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with R.C.C. top slab 1:1.5:3, foundation concrete 1:4:8, inside plastering CM 1:3 12mm thick, channels in CC 1:2:4, complete as per standard design — Inside size 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep — CI cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm, wt ≥ 38 kg — FPS bricks class 7.5 — For 200mm sewer lines (A-B: 5 nos., H-I: 3 nos., J-K: 3 nos.) — Total 11 Nos.

Extra for depth for manholes — Size 90x80 cm — FPS bricks class 7.5 — Depth beyond 45cm to 1.50m = 1.05m extra per manhole × 11 manholes = 11.55 m total

Providing M.S. foot rests including fixing in manholes with 20x20x10 cm cement concrete blocks 1:3:6 as per standard design — With 20 mm diameter round bar — Average 3 foot rests per manhole × 11 manholes = 33 nos.

Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4, cement plastered on both sides with CM 1:3 finished with floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels complete — For pipes 200 to 300 mm diameter — Connections at all terminal/start points of sewer lines in this part (6 Nos.)

Taking out existing C.C. interlocking paver blocks from footpath / road, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge — Total trench area 168.0 sqm

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design / shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge — (Old CC paver blocks supplied by the department free of cost) — Total trench area 168.0 sqm
