Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) S I No 358

Painting the plastered wall surfaces with two coats oil bound distemper (inside the building) of approved quality and colour over one coat of wall primer including clearing surface in all floors etc complete with standard specification

Re Painting old Iron work with two coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour including ordinary scrapping and preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks of standard size including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges and all incidential charges etc., complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand including water consolidating etc.,

Paving the Floor with Plain ceramic tiles size 305x305x6mm in CM 1:3 20mm thick

Finishing the top of slopped roof, sun-shade with Machine Pressed Ornamental Tiles of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 20mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same red oxide mixed mortar etc complete, complying with standard specifications

Plastering walls with CM 1:5 12mm thick etc., complete

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing Granolithic floor finish with CC 1:2:4 using 10-12mm hbg jelly
