20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete

Applying two coats of exterior putty & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new/old wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with Royal paint of Asian paint brand on wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Providing and fixing wall hung W.C pan of jaguar or equivalent with complete unit of flush tank, seat cover brackt etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & Fixing angel cock of jaguar or equivalent as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing & Fixing bib cock of jaguar or equivalent as directed by engineer in charge.

P & L 24" x 24" vitrified 8 mm thick tile over 20 mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) on new surface or fixing on existing tiles by adhesive material including dismentaling of existing flooring/dedo or steps etc. and jointed with color cement slurry including finised with flush pointing & cleaning the surface etc. complete for light shade (for dedo, skirting etc.)

Providing & Applying new coat as water proofing in two layer after applying priming coat, on terrace with cleaning and filling cruces etc. complete as per standard company specification as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing 6 mm thick Lexan Polycarbonate multi wall roofing sheet fixed with hilti screw and rubber silicon sealer and alluminium strip of size 50 x 3 mm etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing and Refixing Rain water Gutter With Suppotring addition Clamp Etc. Complited. As directed by engineer incharge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg./Sq.Cm. in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1- Cement : 6 -fine sand)(B) Conventional (upto 10 ton)

Providing and Fixing of best Quality wall paper fixed with adhessive incl. cost of placing in line & level with cutting and matching with proper design etc complited as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pillar tap, capstan head, screw down high pressure with screws, shanks and back nuts. (i) 15mm dia. Providing and fixing washbasin with single hole for pillar tap with C.I. or M.S. brackets painted white including sutting holes and making good the same but excluding fittings.(A) Vitreous China:(ii) Flat Back washbasin 550 mm x v 400mm size. (i) In white colour. Providing and fixing C.P. brass waste for washbasin or sink. (A) 32mmdia.

Providing and Fixing 25 mm dia UPVC valve fix with soultion in exsiting pipeline etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 220 lit capacity water tank with inlet outlet facality with ball cock etc. complited.

Providing and fixing concealed center point to wall ceiling & floor CPVC (SDR 13.5) PIPE having National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) seal for potable water of following dia. nominal bore tube fittings and clamps including making good the wall, ceiling and floor etc. complete.[A] 15 mm.

Providing and fixing 1200x150 mmx2 mm thick floor carpet fixed with special adhessive with preparing floor etc complited as Directed By Incharge.

Removing and refixing Barbed wire fancing with Concreting work for Grouting angle with Necessary Barbed wire as per Requirement as Directed By Incharge.

Removing and refixing GI Roofing sheet with Cutting old Self Drill screw in line level as directed By Incharge.

Applying two coats of Birla (white cement based) or Asian (acrylic lapy- putty) or equivalent & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Removing and refixing and placing in proper line level sliding gate Gate Fixed with Bottom Wheel Etc complited as directed by Incharge.

Providing and Fixing 6 mm thick Mirror with edge polising with back side protected film , fixed in Stainless Steel Button etc complited as Directed by Incharge.

Providing and Fixing Stainless steel SS railling with 50 mm dia SS pipe with Bending welding , buffing etc complited as directed by Incharge.

Steel work, welded in built up sections framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. (A)In beams and joists, channels angles Tees, flats, with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams. Hip and jack rafters, purlins conneted to common rafters and the like.

Providing and applying One Coat of primer and two coats of oil painting with preparing surface by sand paper etc complited as directed by Engineer In charge.

Providing and Fixing 18 mm thick plywood with cutting and placing in line and level with finishing and side biddding etc complited as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Removing and refixing Paver Block with 50 mm to 75 mm sand bidding for levelling block etc complted as Directed By Incharge.
