Day to day operation and maintenance of Radharani Rest Shed under Alipurduar Division, PHE Dte.(For 12 months)

Day to Day operation, working maintenance of Rest shed by engaging component personel for up keeping of all parts and installations,furniture,gadgets and machineries ,crokeries, utensils and kitchen ware, washing and cleaning devices etc. including books keeping,cooking and serving of food and other similar works for complete comfort of inhabitants and proper functioning of the system of the premises also covering washing cleaning, wiping of entire building and its surrounding areas including all roads, drains, bathrooms, lavatories etc.Providing soaps,liquid cleaner napthalene, detergents, hygienic liquid, muratic acid (herpic), broom stick, wipers, vacum cleaner etc. all up to complete satisfaction of the engineer in charge.The work to be carried out by engaging the following personnel: a) cook/ mazdoor ( female/ male) ( basic rate RS. 245/HEAD/DAY)2 NOS.

a) Karmabandhu(For Sweeping,cleaning,dusting & water carrier)( 2 nos Karmabandhu) for 12 months

b)Carpenter(2 days per month)

c)Carpenter helper (2 days per month)

d)Plumber(2 days per month)

e)Plumbing helper(2 days per month)

f)Methor Mazdoor(8days per month)(2 days per week)

Supply of detergent, soap hygeienic liquid, muratic acid (herpic), collins, duster, wipers, broom stick etc.(This item no to be paid on product of actual voucher/challan for procurement of such material and submission of the future) All the utensils and crokeries, gadgets accessories etc. of kitchen will be handed over of the agency as it is condition and if there are any damage during the period of operation and maintenance the agency will be liable for replacement

Cleaning clothes (Bed Sheet, Bed Cover, Towel,Curtain etc.) from laundry.

Any other Civil works to be execute for maintain the rest shed as per PWD, PHE schedule.(Payment will be made as per detail measurement)
