SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I CIVIL WORK (SCHEDULE OF ITEMS).Construction of two single women barrack (G+I) for Mahila Soldier including antitermite treatement, plinth protections, DPC, fixing of tiles and granite, APP roof treatment, all finishes as per schedule of finishes and provn for other fittings/ fixtures, complete in all respect as per specification and drawing No DGAR/Engr/360 Sheet No 1/20 to 20/20 Note : (a) Irrespective whatever items are shown on drawings and BOQ the buildings shall be completed in all respects. (b) Before the starting the works, contractor will carry out the testing of soil bearing capacity to check the stability of foundation at his own cost by Auth Agency/NIT/IIT and report will be submitted to HQ DGAR. In addition based on SBC test if there is requirement change in design of bldgs the same to be carried out with intimation to this HQ.
