Dismantling of unserviceable/damaged IWC/ EWC pan of all sizes including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead including supply of all labours, tools and plants, finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar

Demolishing Plain cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means, stacking of serviceable materials for reuse and disposing the unserviciable materials within a lead of 50 m including supply of all labours, tools & plants and finishing etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Removing mortar from and cleaning stones and concrete articles (net quantity of stacks of cleaned materials will be measured) : In cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth including laying, compacting, curing with materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Construction of stone masonry in foundation & plinth (using old stone obtained from dismantling of masonry) with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement, 5 sand) below ground level and whenever required and ramming out joints etc. including supply of all labour, materials, tools etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth including laying, compacting, curing with materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering (C.C. Flooring bed)

Construction of coursed laterite stone masonry work (first sort), in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level as required or as directed including supply of all materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete including supply of all labours, tools, materials, rubbing and polishing and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters and ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws including supply of all labours, tools, materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws etc. including supply of all labours, tools, materials, rubbing and polishing and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/ Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position fully glazed aluminium sliding window with powder coating of approved shade up to 15 micron with 5mm tinted glass of Saint Gobain or equivalent as per drawing or as directed. Extruded all sections should be of Jindal make or equivalent series B 18mm available in ALLOY 63400 and temper WP (HE9WP) corresponding to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 to be used for frame top and side (Unit wt. 1.06 Kg/m) and for bottom (Unit wt: 1.248 Kg/m) and shutter top and bottom (unit wt. 0.607 Kg/m) and shutter side (handle) (unit wt: 0.547 Kg/m). Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and only mechanical joints shall be used, welding shall not be permitted. Concealed lock of Indigo or equivalent and P.V.C. gasket is to be used in work. Aluminium Sections fixed with Raul plug and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners, including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing and 4 mm thick pin headed glasses for all openings provided for windows including supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer etc. including supply of all materials, labours, tools & plants etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge. (Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.)

Making chases up to 7.5x7.5 cm in walls including making good and finishing with matching surface after housing PVC concealed wiring pipe etc. including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge. (pipes will be supplied by department).

15 mm thick Cement Plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level, including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. including supply of all materials, tools, labours etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound, laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of 600mm x 600mm size with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make (Johnson/Kajaria/Nelco), in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete in true line and level, and joints filled with white cement and matching pigments etc. including supply of all labours, tools and plants, materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality digital printed ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make (Johnson/Kajaria/Nelco) , in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel AISI 304 (18/8) Kitchen sink with drain board as per IS: 13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required: (510x1040 mm bowl depth 250 mm)

Making / Providing opening of required size & shape for wash basin/ kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counter and similar location in marble/ Granite/stone work, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
