Comprehensive repair/maintenance of storage type electric water heater (geyser) of capacity 50 litres, vertical or horizontal type comprising of the following: (a) Opening or dismantling the storage tank, taking down, de-scaling, brushing and thoroughly cleaning. (b) checking of all stop cock, pressure release valves, fusible plugs for its serviceability etc. in situ to ensure proper functioning of parts including supply and replacing of washers/ gasket nut etc. (c) Checking and rectify earth continuity of the Electrical circuits of Geyser and power point. (d) Checking and re-fixing thermostat and re-adjust. (e) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and siphon assembly with diluted Hydrochloric acid or clear pedette solution. (f) Checking of indicator lamp for it proper serviceability. (g) Re-assembling the Geyser and re-install at same position and testing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Unserviceable Parts/ components of electric water heater shall be replaced by the contractor. (ii) Supply of new parts/components shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule.

All as per item No 1.00 above but for geysers of capacity 25 litres.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia (7.50m) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade, 20mm dia light grade GI pipe for watering, meshed funnel, alternate layer of charcoal and common salt complete all as SSR Item No. 19471 and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I with PCC chamber, 50mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 80mm c/c both way in lieu of CI pit cover and protection including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only heating elements of capacity 3 KW AC 240 volts suitable for storage type solar water heater as per requirement (press type/ screw type/ triangular/ circular base or ceramic cartige type), ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bib taps 15mm bore, half/quarter turn, fancy type, long body, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore Steel water tubing 'medium grade', galvanised with all fittings like elbow, tee, socket, bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Checking of ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep at site in existing position as per requirement based on MES complaint slip on daily basis except sunday/ holidays and provn of S&F of 2.5 mfd condensor of ceiling fan at site in position as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Checking of exhaust fan of any size/type at site in existing position as per requirement based on MES complaint slip on daily basis except sunday/ holidays and provn of S&F of 2.5 mfd condensor of ceiling fan at site in position as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any sweep and make after disconnecting all electrical connection, detaching the blades, removing fan with blades to workshop, opening and cleaning of fan, segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan complete and testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and provn of replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Rewinding work of armature (if any) shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Replacement of new spare parts with old unserviceable parts other than connector, split pins, connection block and rubber reel and same shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule. (iii) Labour cost for replacement of spare parts shall deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

M&L for taking out and removing burnt copper winding, cleaning the armature, rewinding the fan armature for fan of size 1200/ 1400mm sweep with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including provn of necessary insulating materials etc and varnishing with approved grade of insulation varnish and heating up and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully fan of any size/sweep exhaust fan, wall fan, cabin fan and fresh air fan after disconnecting all electrical connection, detaching the blades, removing fan with blades to workshop, opening and cleaning of fan, segregation of unserviceable parts, replacement of unserviceable spares parts with new parts including necessary machining work and lubricating with approved grade of grease and necessary minor soldering work (if required) and re-assembling the fan complete and testing and refixing the fan in same position including all electrical connection and provn of replacement of two nos split pins, one connection block and one rubber reel complete all as specified and as directed.
