1st class brick work in 1:4 cement mortar with class brick M-150, sonbhadra coarse sand of FM. Not less then 2.00, including all cost of materials,T&P and labours and other accessories required for proper completion of work

Struck deep Cement Pointing in 1:2 cement mortar inner side in approved cement and coarse sand (Sonbhadra) and with all ead & lift including all material, labour, T&P and all taxes etc complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade with Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar inproportion of 1:4 cement and sand of 1.25 F.M. over brick work minium thickness not be less than 10 mm including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc required for proper, comletion of work.
