Dismantling of existing roof treatment consisting of screed, tar felts, etc and removing building materials to a distance of 100m or under, beyond the lead incl in the rates incl loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as directed.

Cutting out cracks 'V' section on existing roofs or terrace cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 by weight complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tank , setting aside (or lowering if required ) for repair cleaning etc and hosting if required reconnecting and re fixing in position after cleaning capacity of water tank 500 ltr to 1000 ltr capacity.

Supply & Fixing in repair rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks white tripple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) capacity 500 Ltr hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- Sintex/ Rotex/ Polycon/Vectus)

Supply & Fixing in repair rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks white tripple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) capacity 1000 Ltr hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- Sintex/ Rotex/ Polycon/Vectus)

Supply & Fixing in repair PVC ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for 20mm bore pipes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections by disconnecting fittings/tubing from existing tubing were required including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing and connections by disconnecting fittings/tubing from existing tubing were required including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in CM 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps cills for concealed water tubing and making good cutting n. exc. 10 cm girth in stone walls.

Supply & fixed GI tubing medium grade 15mm dia incl fittings, cutting threading and fixing to walls or fixing in concealed walls or in floors etc, and making good the surfaces matching to exsiting surafaces of walls/ floor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixed GI tubing medium grade 20mm dia incl fittings, cutting threading and fixing to walls or fixing in concealed walls or in floors etc, and making good the surfaces matching to exsiting surafaces of walls/ floor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixed in repairs 20mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed. (Make-Zoloto/Leader/Techno)

Demolition cement concrete in any position not other wise specifically provided for

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding on roof top including WPC as per manufacturers instructions to achieve the slop required, with minimum thickness of 25mm consolidated and finished even and fair without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Material and Labour for 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC will be applied over the roof slab. After the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightness by pounding with water for seven days for any seepage/leakages etc. If any seepage is observed the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5 Kg/Sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repaired the slab will be tested for water tightness again before proceeding with further treatment.

Material and labour for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages and as directed :-

(i) The surface of roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths, etc. over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus, moss dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain out lets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. concrete angle-fillets shall be provided at junctions between roofs and vertical faces of walls (parapet and other walls), around obstacles such as pipes, chimneystacks, etc and other similar situation to ease up about comers.

(ii) Bituminous based primer conforming to IS : 3384-1965 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared surface, till the surface is properly impregnated.

(iii) After the application of approved bituminous primer the APP modified polymeric membrane of thickness 3 mm & weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm shall be laid & sealed on the primed surface by torch application as per manufacture instructions. The overlap while torching shall be 100mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction. All overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (v) A fillet of PCC 1:2:4 of 100 x 100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/ junctions should be rounded. (vii) Applying two coats of silver shield aluminium based paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm each coat over APP membrane.

Material & Labour for cleaning old treated roof surface of membrabe and applying two coats of silver shield aluminium based paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm each coat over old APP membrane.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls, concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surface of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and Labour rendering 5mm thick on fair face of concrete with CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair surface of concrete surfaces by using CM 1;4. finished even and smooth with out using extra cement for ceiling ,drops of roof and chajja where reinforcements are exposed

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Preparation of plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 4 mm dia galvanized steel wire mattresses and shaped nets 150x100mm mesh made up into mattresses or cages lapped , wired and laid in position including closing after filling for ceiling ,drops of roof and chajja where reinforcements are exposed

Supply and fixing wire netting of stainless steel wire 0.91 mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of stainless wire staples size of mesh 25 mm for ceiling ,drops of roof and chajja where reinforcements are exposed
