Procurement of Spring Seal Assemblies & Seal Kit for BM-1 of RTPS

a)For Manufacturers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Spring Seal Assemblies for Hot air gates and seal kit for pneumatic cylinders to any government sector/PSU/Major power plants/Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs 17.45 Lakhs (Rs 8.72 Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (2 year for Micro and small Enterprises i.e. 2023-24 & 2024-25).As a proof purchase order (PO) copies (Single/Multiple (max.3) for any one of the said financial year during which supplies are made shall be uploaded. b) For Authorised representatives/ dealers/ Suppliers etc: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Spring Seal Assemblies for Hot air gates and seal kit for pneumatic cylinders to any government sector/PSU/Major power plants/Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs 6.55 Lakhs in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

The intending bidder shall be Manufacturer/Authorized dealer/Supplier of Spring Seal Assemblies for Hot air gates and seal kit for pneumatic cylinders. As a proof bidder shall upload valid registration certificate/dealership certificate issued by the Competent Authority/ relevant documents in e-portal.

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than Rs 21.80 Lakhs (Rs 10.90 Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (last 2 preceding financial years respect to Micro and small Enterprises). As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Annual turnover certificate/Profit & Loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
