Supply, fix, commission and testing of 16 mtr High galvanized mast light suitable for 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 7/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including RCC foundation as required as per manufacture standards all as specified and as directed with following features:- (a) Two section Mast of 15 meter (b) Wind velocity withstand as per IS 857- Part 3 (c) 2/3 Pulley wire rope system (d) Motorised & manual operated winch for lantern carriage forward and reversal. (e) Provisioning for flood light luminaries with appropriate CG box (f) LED Aviation obstruction lamp Make: Bajaj or equivalent make mentioned in PS Note: The technical specification and drawing of High mast pole shall submitted to accepting officer for approval before placing order.

Supply and fixing of energy saving environmental friendly, long life LED flood light fitting 180 watt made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed (Make: Philips/ Havells/Crompton/Surya/HPL)

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sq. mm 4 core Cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sq mm ,3 core, 1100 Volts grade.complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing testing feeder panel board outdoor type factory made duly finished of suitable size made out from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated mounted on angle iron frame (40mm x 40mm x 4mm thick) from structure along with following: (a) MCB TPN 32 A- for incoming (b) Astronomical Timer-32A 3 pole/230V and suitable contactor for auto on/off lights. (c) MCB TPN 20 A for raise or lower the lantern carriage along with push buttons

Supply & Fix MCCB 32 A to be fixed on existing panel complete all as specified and directed

S&F Thermoplastic cable junction box IP 65 protection and fixed on street light poles complete with suitable thermoplastic clamps , GI nut bolts and washers suitable for entry of 10/16/25 sq mm 4 core cable of size 350X250X150 mm out side dimensions complete with necessary terminals with 6A SP MCB, earth termination with nuts & bolts, and including 02 sets of 32x6mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches in hard and dense soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth getting out of soil for taking out or laying of pipe line etc complete all as specified and directedfor laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing DWC (double wall corrugated) HDPE pipe suitable for up to 50 sqmm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting Bituminous road in, making good with facing where required and pointing exc. 30 cm. but not exc. 1.0 mtr. Girth to ends or edges teps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc. and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, laying of cables and making good with old shape and size all as specified and directed.

M&L GI pipe light grade with all fitting laid in trenches and under road/floor/culverts along with pole etc 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
