Construction of Baoundary wall at Aahaar Kitchen under Nilgiri NAC

Earthwork excavation in hard soil within 50mtr initial lead, 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fiilling in foundation & plinth with sand, incl. watering & ramming as per direction of Engr.-in-charge.

C.C.(1:3:6) with 40mm HBHG metal including cost,carriage and royalty of materials .

C.C.(1:2:4) with 12mm HBHG metal including cost,carriage and royalty of materials .

RCC work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down graded CBHG chips incl. hoisting and laying incl cost, Conveyance & Royalty of Materials (Unit-1 cum)

Supplying, fitting & placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and techinical specification with cost, conveyance of rod & binding, wire etc complete. (Data for 1 Mt.)

Rigid & smooth centering & shuttering for C.C wall including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete.

Bricks work with KB Bricks 25cmX12cmX8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm 2 with dimentional tolerance +-8% in cement Mortar (1:4) in foundation and plinth per Cum as per Cum as per direction of E.I.C

12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) outside wall of the brick masonary finished smooth including raking out points with cost, conveyance royality of all materials to site complete and T&P sundries watering for curing etc. as per directed by Engg-in-charge.

Finishing walls with 2 coats of water proofing cement paints of approved shade on works to given shade incl. cost of paints & labour etc. complete.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil incl. stoney earth, gravel and moonum etc. interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifits including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from site as per the specification and as directed by the E.I.C within as initial lead of 1km from the place of cxcavation complete.
