Dismainteling brick mesonary in cement morter under 3M(10'') height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50M lead including cost of all labour, T&P etc. required complete as direction by the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling A.C sheet roofing after cerefully removing the bolts & nuts including stacking the useful materials for re-use & removing the depris within 50m. Lead as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil within 50 meter initial leadand 1.5mt. Intial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the soil away from work site including cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size clean hard granite crusher metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete in layer not exceeding 15cm thick and compacting to the required thickness and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour ,T&P and other charges of machineries etc. required for the work as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm(½") size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering lying concrete watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers including cost,conveyance,royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour ,T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure using Fly Ash brick size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm and 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance 8% after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling chamfering and similar such type of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including watering and curing cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work and finished item of work shall confirm to relevant I.S. specification and confirm test as per specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in Cement Mortar (1:6) finished smooth to inside rough surface of brick walls after raking out joints scrapping and cleaning the surface including watering and curing for specified period etc. complete with cost, conveyance , royality and taxes of all materials , and cost of all labour T&P directed for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge

12mm(1/2'') thick cement Plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance,royality and taxes of all materials & all labour T&P directed for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge .

Supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified coloured and printed tile of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make in floors,treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of all materials , taxes,labour,T&P etc required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in charge
