Excavation in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site. according to the HP.PWD. specification

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: 09130100 Foundation and plinth including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Boulder filling under the floors complete in all respect.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm( three decimal fifteen millimeter ) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (a) beams cantilevers girders and lintels side and soffit of beams ,beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels in any depth / heights /thickness including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand :Three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)( Twenty milimetre) and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (a) suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level/height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and laying tor steel(Tata/Sail/RINL/Shyam steel make) reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including ,bending binding,straightening and placing in position complete in all floor level/ heights including cost of binding wire complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Providing Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) upto all height 1st Class Bricks including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure 1:6 (1cement:6sand) up to all height including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and heights. 1st class bricks.

Providing and fixing dyed aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. As per HPPWD specifications. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. Providing and fixing stainless steel wire gauge of IS gauge designation 140 g with wire of dia 0.71 mm to windows and clerestory windows including beading of aluminium including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

6mm (Six milimetre) cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 (One Cement is to four Sand) in all floor level. The rate isincluding carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetres) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rough side exterior cement plaster on wall upto all height with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone graded from 6mm to 12mm nominal size dashed over and including fresh plaster in two coats,backing coat 10mm cement plaster 1:3(1 cement:3 sand)and finishing coat 10mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 sand)mixed with 10% finely grounded hyderated lime by volume of cement including arriss,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth. Natural cement finish using ordinary cement. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty two coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth and cement primer complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing double charge 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 800mmx800mmx10mm manufactured of required shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid with spacers laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and jointed with grouting of Epoxy material mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles in all storeys, height, levels and location as required complete.including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.
