Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct (0.75 Mtrs. deapth) in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc. as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. (Cable laying + Excavation). a) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on existing trench / wall surface as required including proper clamping and fixing. a) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass Compression gland (Double compression glands) and Aluminium lugs for following 3.5/4.0C size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Make:Dowells. a) 3½ / 4 X 120 sq. mm (45mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass Compression gland (Double compression glands) and Aluminium lugs for following 3.5/4.0C size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Make:Dowells. a) 3½ / 4 X 50 sq. mm (35mm)

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. agreegate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required. Water bound macadam.(0.15 x 0.4 x 34)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tampling complete.(0.15 x 0.4 x 34)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Alignment of cables for proper cable end terminations, in the soil, dismantling of unwanted existing cables, panels and switchgears as per the direction of E-I-C and depositing them in the yard.

Supplying and laying of following size HDPE pipe ISI marked / Jogeetha : Make along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. suitable for a cable size of 4Cx120 Sq.mm power cable. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) in the existing trench, all complete as reqd. a) 90mm dia (PN-6, PE-63).

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings in existing trench (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required Make: TATA / JINDAL. a) 100mm dia.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm (completely tinned) thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure (1.5x1.5x1.5Ft) with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc as per IS 3043 including charcoal/ coke and salt as required including complete tinning of Copper plate / CU flat & Brazing of CU flat with CU plate. (Only SS Nut Bolts and Washers to be used)

Providing and fixing of 50mm X 5 mm Tinned copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including heat shrinkable sleeve , Brazing of CU Flat at both end terminations connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (All Joints shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of SS nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or inrecess for connections etc. as required. (All Joints shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of SS nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supply of 4.0 Core x 120.0 Sq.mm. size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium armoured conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Make: Polycab.

Providing and fixing 4.0mm dia / 6.0 SWG copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit / submain wiring/ cable as required.tinned at both the ends of terminal point, socketing with molten metal fixing all complete as required.
