Supply and ererction of steel tubular swaged pole erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6 mm thick MS Base plate,welded to pole,finial taper cap, bolts, nuts, screws,11 Mtr long, type 410 SP - 55,including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms,painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint on the portion embedded in concrete, and marking pole no. with black paint at suitable height all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The earthwork, PCC foundation, steel clamps, MS Cross arms & bracing of angle iron etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch ‘A’

M&L for ACSR conductor of required size for Over head lines on poles including streching, tightining of poles insulator with winding wire of suitable size with insulator/streching of ACSR conductor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for guard cradles made to shape hexagonal rectangular or any other shape as required and fabricated out of galvanized steel wire 8 SWG (4mm dia) including binding wire of suitable size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for continuous earth wire GI 4mm dia for continuos pole earthing including fixing on cross arms all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cross arms of any sizes with drilled hole (hot and cold etc) in position M.S. work including MS nut and bolts, washers and two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation and testing HT gang operated air break switch 11 KV, 3 pole vertically mounted type, mechanically operated, mounted on steel frame with operating mechanism, worked from ground level for current upto 200 Amps with drop out fuse elements of required capacity, GOD/switch having 100 MVA rating at 11 KV and 12 insulators suitable for 11 KV, 50 C/s including mounting on HT poles and necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation and testing Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp,11000 Volts complete all as specified.

S&F insulator pin type porcelain viterous white, brown or green HT 11000 Volts including 01 galvanized M.S.spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one gal. iron nut of 150mm height and 150 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F insulator Disc type porcelain viterous white, brown or green HT 11000 Volts of size 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket Type, single disc with tension clampand all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of heavy duty male and female contact of brass Zinc plated for air break switches of 11000 volts, capacity 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing and repairing of air break gang operating mechanism device of 11 KV capacity 200/400 Amps with necessary oiling/greasing to moving parts, alignment of Male/Female contacts for proper contacts etc including satisfactory testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting to steel tubular swaged pole of Overhead lines (11 Mtr long) complete with and including comprising the following works :- (a) Scraping out wornout old paint and making the surface smooth. (b) Painting the pole and all MS work mounted on pole with two coats of synthetic enameled paint (Aluminium shade) as directed by Engr-in-charge. (c ) Forming five nos coloured bands at lower portion of pole each 300 mm wide alternatively with white and black colour (or any colour as approved by Engr-in-charge)synthetic enameled paint and marking pole no. with black and white paint complete all as specified.

M&L for stay assembly for steel tubular poles comprising of 7/10 SWG galvanized MS stranded stay wire of required length, minimum tensile strength 70 Kg/mm (grade-2 quality) fixed to pole with and including FI clamps bolts, nuts, washers, galvanized steel stay rod 20 mm dia 180 cm long bow 400x14mm nuts/bolts, washers all galvanized and two nos thimble, loop insulator of size 90x140mm vitreous, clearance dia of hole 16mm, stayplate of size 230x230x6mm including necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation and disposal of surplus spoil, upto 50 M all as specified and shown in plate No 1 of MES SSR Pt -I, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking proper shut down in writing and disconnecting the LT and HT electric mains from transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 160 KVA, removing the lid/cover for inspection to facilitate minor repairs at site, draining out the transformer oil reassembling the transformer, refilling the transformer oil (new or old) installing, commissioning and testing at site complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: All the parts required to be replaced and new transformer oil shall be measured and paid for separately.
