Supply of Bi-directional Inset type High Intensity Runway Edge light fitting for aviation visual aids requirements complete with shallow base and matching body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover made of die-cast aluminium complete with 2 x 105 watts,6.6 amps pre-focused reflector halogen lamp of 6.6 amps current with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly,"O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, hardware, lenses and all standard accessories and ready for site installation as per required. Supply of 15 watt, 20A/6.6A, rating 5KV, 50 Hz series Isolating transformers encapsulated in polyster resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondry connections confirming to specification as required.

Supply of 200 watt, 20A/6.6A, rating 5KV, 50 Hz series Isolating transformers encapsulated in polyster resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondry connections confirming to specification as required.

Supply of 6 Sqmm, 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment for 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 6 sqmm size copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.

Supply of 16 Sqmm, 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment for 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 6 sqmm size copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.

Supply and installation of CI Collars of 6" heights & outside dia of 330mm, made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round excepts the top surface which is 15mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top having a clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped holes at the hole center 260 mm to receive fitting base plat, bolts & etc. including cutting of existing cement concrete taxiway / apron with cutter machine for fixing of CI collars complete etc. as required.

Supply of Cast Iron Isolating Transformer Housing box (Double hole type), water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all around, except top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate / cover plate on the top and having two hole on the periphery center, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm dia GI pipe & 15 mm dia GI pipe as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 X 40 MM tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance 260mm along with bolts complete etc as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of elevated fitting on the existing transformer housing box including installation of isolating transformer, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories, alignment leveling making transformer connection, earth connection etc. crimping / jointing of plug & receptacles & making connections complete as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of inset type light fixture including cutting of existing cement concrete runway with cutter machine for fixing of inset light fixture with resin and hardener compound & alingment of fittings with instruments complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630x630x100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 300 mm long 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of earth and refilling complete etc as required.

Supply of 16.0 sq.mm. 5KV grade PVC insualted & PVC sheathed, antitermite & antirodent standard copper conductor single core Airfield lighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part-1) with upto date amendent and confirming to particular specification etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed runway cable of 5 KV grade of 6.0 / 16.0 sq. mm size direct in ground at the depth of 80 cm including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed runway cable of 5 KV grade of 6.0 / 16.0 sqmm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supply & laying of 2 X 2.5 sq. mm size PVC insulated, copper conductor, Secondary lead (with one side molded) of following lengths. (a) 60 mtrs

Supply and laying of 50 mm dia, Medium Class GI pipe with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, providing check nuts etc as required. (for laying between CI housing box to CI housing box)

Providing & laying 20 mm dia G.I.Pipe medium class for connection of inset fittings complete etc. as required.

Supply and laying of 15 mm dia Medium Class GI pipe in ground with threading and alignment of pipe with transformer housing box, providing check nuts etc as required. (for laying between CI housing box to CI housing box)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in ground or in existing GI Pipe for loop earthing complete as required.

Earthing with G. I. pipe 4.5 m long x 40 mm dia. (Drilling of 300 mm dia, 4.5 Mtr deep by using Borewell machine) including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. including charcoal or coke and salt complete as required.
