Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including tiling if any complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick HRP stone hexagon brown multi 300x300 mm thick ceramic, parking/pathway tiles for outdoor area over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finish in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured vitrified outdoor heavy duty parking tiles 12 mm thick size 400x400 mm over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finish in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick size laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finish in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (square /rectangular), joint free area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm, but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation for sand cushioning for paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment for path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm stone aggregate) as in hardstadning and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, masonry, brick work, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc and flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in any type of soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, including removing of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as foundation filling in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing galvanised any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type o fstandard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required and all as specified conforming to gde Fe 410- W (Gde E-250) quality A for securing chain link fencing complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. but not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum in returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in, CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling in mass concrete complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste for formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, base of column , raft, raft beam sides and soffits of foundation and walls, plinth beam for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), type B1 1:2:4 on as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves, chajjas and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel gate, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. framed work, forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, and drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water or cement lime plaster any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 faces of brick or concrete surfaces (external surfaces) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished fair, even and smooth without using any extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement/FRP/Galvatume sheets (Corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets including ridges in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with L or J hook 6 to 8mm dia with bitumineous washers etc to protect of seapage and leakage complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry brought in course built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
