Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood : 35 mm thick: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 5.5 mm thick glass panes.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18 mm thick

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : on New Steel.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Applying Jk/ Birla/ white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) i/c carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) i/c carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) i/c carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.
