M&L for repairing to pot holes any depth n. exc. 1 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edge to at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering, applying tack coat @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm and well ramming (including supply of road metals) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming Tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen of VG-30 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 8 to 12 tone power roller, binder content (paving bitumen VG 30) 4% by weight of total mix laying with mechanical paver machine and mixing in hot plant complete all as specified and directed

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness using minimum 5% binder content (paving bitumen) by weight of total mix using VG-30 bitumen, laid with self propelling mechanical paver and rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to the required camber and gradient and rolling to uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystaline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-CD rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 2.5mm thick road marking strip (reflective) of specified shade colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, gum beds dispenser propane tank healers and profile shoe heater driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials labour, T&P, sealing the road surface of all dirt scales oil greases and foreign material etc. complete as per direction strictly in accordance to applicator specifiction, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with CM 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
