Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and deep exc 50mm and n exc 100mm complete all as directed.

Grubbing up tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50m and clearing site and girth of tree exc. 30cm and not exc. 100cm complete all as directed.

Surface excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft soil complete all as directed.

M & L 150mm thick soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber by using exc 8 tonne and n.exc 12 tonne power road rollers complete all as directed.

M & L 10cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with granite course aggregate of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required by using exc 8 tonne and n. exc 12 tonne power road rollers complete all as directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed

Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of any penetration at 10 Kg Per 10 Sq. Meters complete all as directed

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concerte, 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete all as directed.

Providing and laying dense bituminous mecadam with miniumum 40-60 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work at site, laying with mechanical paver finished to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve and desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all aspects and as directed by Engineer in charge (Avg thickness shall not exc 75mm deep)

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed.

Applying tack coat with bituminous emulsion RS-1 garde conforming to IS 8887 at 3.00Kgs/10Sqm using emulsion pressure distributer on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per clause 503 of MORTH specifications complete all as directed.

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concerte, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete all as directed.

Preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paste and marking of guide lines, dashed arrows, letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paste 2 to 2.5 mm thick using marking machine, white, golden, yellow or black colour as required using glass beads necessary for achieving reflection on roads pavements and the like as per BS 6088 and as specified in IRC 35-1997 complete all as directed. Note : 1.Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. 2.The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment until the desired result is obtained.

Providing and fixing of solar Raised Markers made of polycarbonate moulded body with circular shape, solar powered LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective pannels with micro primatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 Kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the rage of 0* C to 70* C. Colour of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1Hz. There should be current looses of less than 20 micro-amperes at 2.4 V in sleep charging mode to enhance the life of marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height width and length of the marker shall be less than 10mmx 100mm x 100mm. Also the surface diametere of the marker shall not be less than 100mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on teh road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers recommendation Complete all as specified and directed. Make : 3M or equivalent.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with gray cement and pigments complete all as directed

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders guage exc 63mm but n exc 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as directed
