Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as above, but depth exc 1.5 Mtr and not exc 3.0 Mtr deep all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass complete.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete.

M&L for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench, under and over cable complete all as specified directed. (Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type-1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, ISI marked, laid flat across the cable length all as per specification and all as directed.

M&L for bricks slightly over burnt (kiln burnt), modular bricks, best quality, locally available, laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brick for cable protection all as specified directed.

Supply and spreading graded stone aggregate of size 40mm for transformer yard complete all as specified and directed.

Sppply & Laying XLPE insulated, armoured, electric cable with aluminium conductor,multi stranded 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles/ walls or passing through pipes including provision of necessary lugs and glands & making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed for the following:- (Note : excavation and earth work, cable protection sand cushioning shall be measured and paid seperately)

(a) 95 Sqmm, 3 1/2 core

(b) 120 Sqmm, 3 1/2 core

Supply and jointing LT kit, epoxy type suitable for 1100 V, XLPE, UG aluminum conductor cable of size 95 to 120 Sqmm 3.5 core and testing after jointing all as directed.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator, made of MS sheet of size 200mm x 150mm x 3mm thick, spot welded with angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 5mm thick, 750mm long embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block 30cm x 30cm x 40cm in ground including one coat of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and writing with white paint showing size of cable HT/ LT complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and errecting LT Panel outdoor type mounted and fixed with PCC foundation, made out of MS sheet factory assembled & factory fabricated out of 3.15mm thick sheet steel with suitable size MS angel frame duly spray painted with two coats of gray synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparatiion of surface, with required civil works & with and including 4 Nos aluminium bus bars 600 Amps with suitable size porcelain insulators & wiring with copper cable of suitable size, connecting including indicating lamp LED type for each phase, incl in built industiral type locking arrangement, front operated and back openable incl necessry arrangement for fixing with suitable clamps, nuts & bolts etc. The panel pre wired with PVC insulated copper conductor danger notice board, feeders marked, and testing & commissioning, complete consisting of the following :-

Supply and fix and testing open execution on load change over with out door Panel box of capacity, suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 200 Amp, 4 pole with extended terminals type, interlocked to prevent opening when the Switch is in ON Position, connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed. Make : ABB/ Siemens/ Schneider/ Legrand. Note : Cost of PCC Work included in the rate quoted.

M&L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length, provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I Including neccessary excavation in disintergratedand hard soil and 20mm dia light grade GI pipe with funel for watering PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of waterless and maintenance free earthing with earth (grounding) electrodes and PCC pit with cover. (a) Earth Electrode : 17.2mm dia copper bonded MS rod shall be in-situ cast in electrically conductive concrete earth enhancing material mixed with cement. Size of embedding of electrically conductive concrete earth enhancing material shall be 85mm dia. The electrode of 3000mm should be able to withstand a fault current upto 35kA (Peak) for 1 second duly tested from recognized National Test laboratories like CPRI, ERDA, ERTL, MSME etc (not more than 18 months old). The ratio of mixing of conductive concrete to cement should be 3:1. Other hardware like nut, bolts and washers should be of stainless steel.

Disconnecting all connection of LT supply from Loop in loop out box including street light, bracket, clamp etc including dismantling of coping and PCC work from LT Pole and take out pole by suitable hydraulic crane and shift/ erect the pole to desired location and reconnect the same all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting all connection of HT supply (11 kv UG Cable) from two pole structure including clamp, bracket etc including dismantling of coping and PCC work from two Pole structure and take out two pole structure in parts by suitable hydraulic crane and shift/ erect the two pole structure to desired location and reconnect the same all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of pole with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-31 (9 meter long) complete all as directed. Note :- Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

S & F danger notice plate 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of appropriate size for 11000 Volts system size 25 x 20 cm all as specified and conforming to IS: 2551- 1982.

M & L for anti climbing device comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2 strand barbed wire with 2mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles to a length of 0.5 to 1.00 mtr clamped and properly secured all as directed (Clamps shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (E) cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm all as directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core 50 to 95 sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor all as directed.

Supply & laying in trenches/ through pipes under road, floor/ on wall/ on pole or any other indicated place & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored earth, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sqmm complete, including taking down existing cable, all as specified.

Supply and fixing LT cables XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100V 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting & trimming tree branches along HT/LT overhead lines after arranging shut down and by taking all precautions while working on lines clearing or area, including all T & P and safety measures required for the purpose complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
