Site clearing and clearance of all complete.

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil for foundation including lead upto 1000.00m and lift upto 3 m all complete.Clause 302.3

Concrete with 4cm gauge brick ballest, fine local sand of 1.25FM and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floor including supply of all materials labour T&P etc require for proper complete of the work.

Fillling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material spreading in uniform layer with mortor grader on prepared surface including compaction complete as per technical specification clause 401

Brick masonry work in 1:4 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing 1200 II and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specification Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203

12mm thick plaster in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar. All complete. (S.I.No. 12.3.2)

Construction fo Padustrial board oapproved quality and as per direction of E/I including all complete (AR)
