Earth work in excavation of foundation trench in all kinds of soil including levelling the bed & deposting the excavated soil within intial lead and lift etc complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with coarse river sand including watering and ramming etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) mix with 40mm nominal size C.B stone aggregate in foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete or as per direction of E.I.C.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) mix with 12mm nominal size C.B stone aggregate in foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete or as per direction of E.I.C.

Fly Ash brick work with 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(In foundation)

Rigid Centering and shuttering for RCC works(Plinth and foundation)

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) including cost. Conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete including watering , curing for required period as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(a)Ground floor

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete including watering, curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing 35mm thick (600x1200)mm size Agra-red Sand stone on treads of steps and landing on 20mm thick bed of cement motar(1:4)jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of Tiles etc.

Fixing 35mm thick Agra-red sand stone of(600x1200)mm sizes in dados skriting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster(1:3)jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete with all cost of tiles etc.
