Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors/PCC Path/plinth protection and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old existing gates of any description and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling galvanized mild steel barbed wire of any description from fencing post (RCC or steel) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 sqm each etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkhats including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm and n.exc 4.00 sqm each etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item 7 & 8 above:Unit quoted by the Contractor shall deem to include for cuttingholes in brick walls built in cement mortar exc half brick but n.exc one brick wal for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in CM (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required after insertion of hold fast for item No 25 & 43.

Matetrial and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block vibrator finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over & including 20mm consolidated thickness of sand filling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pins complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing and similar work conforming to Fe FE 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width & stuck inside with solvent cement for stile and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
