Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- all works upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement 5 coarse sand 10 graded stone agg. 40 mm Nominal size) crushed

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- all works upto plinth level 1:3:6(1 cement 3 coarse sand 6 graded stone agg. 20 mm Nominal size) crushed

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (Non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and confoRmting to lS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete ( Size of tile 600mm x 600mm )

Painting of doors and windows with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades. New Work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 Kg/10Sqm

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Making plinth protection 50mm thick with cement conc. (1:3:6), 20mm Nominal size of stone aggregates over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast, 40mm Nominal size of well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth andcuring complete.
