Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations of PCC / Steel Pole , laying cables/ pipes etc. not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete, all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down (i.e 18 cm) shall be measured for payment.

Brick protection with pulverized fuel ash lime bricks laid flat across the route of underground cable all as specified.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 metre below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified.

50 mm bore GI pipe light grade with all fittings fixed as termination postal ,fixed to poles/ walls/ under floors/ under road etc, IN REPLACEMENT, complete all as specified.

Cable joining kit (straight through Heat shrinkable) for 1100 V (Earthed) grade cable complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for (95 Sq. mm, 3.5/4 core)XPLE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified

Attending the breakdown of any capacity/make DG Sets, AMF Panels, by Technician & helper for checking all components and rectify the fault and give report to concern JE complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Spare Parts for rectify the fault is measured and paid seperately.

Renewal/ repairs of unserviceable Automatic voltage regulator (AVR) upto 200 KVA DG set including all spares, testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- As per OEM approved/Recommendation make.

Dismantling of exhaust pipe of the DG set by unscrewing nuts and bolts and taking down the pipe with muffler removing the burnt out asbestos rope and replaced with new asbestos rope , well wrapping with new aluminium metal cladding with glass wool including cleaning the silencer,welding works if required ,painting and fixing the same in its original position complete all as directed by Engg- in- Charge for the following capacity:- Make:-As per OEM Recommendation

Disconnecting the Oil cooler of capacity upto 200 KVA DG set of any make/ model from the existing locations by duly removing of all mechanical connections and taking down the same for complete servicing opening the parts and cleaning thoroughly by using suitable cleaning material and acid and reassembling and refixing in its original position, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge

Cleaning of Fuel Tank by duly removing of all mechanical connections and taking down the same for complete servicing including Welding/Brazing if required, cleaning thoroughly by using suitable cleaning agent and then applying one coat of primer before painting with suitable colour, reassembling and refixing in its original position, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge of following capacity Make:-As per OEM Recommendation

Disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing rubber hoses and draining out the water from the choked radiator assembly of the existing make and model and various capacities of DG sets and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical/electrical connections from the existing mounting, transporting the same to civil workshop for carrying out servicing, opening the top and bottom covers of radiator assembly cleaning thoroughly the chocked pipe of the radiator by using chemical detergent, lime caustic soda, cotton etc., cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes/tubes including arresting of leakage by means of soldering, brazing and transporting back to site and refixing the same in its original position with suitable size nuts, bolts and washers and Anti vibrating mounting(AVM) pads as required as per OEM recomendation etc., for the following DG sets all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge of following capacity:- Make:-As per OEM Recommendation

Replacement of unserviceable spares for water manifold and Radiator spares upto 200 KVA DG set for the following spares:-

Inhibitor corrosion (coolant additive concentrate) required for top up (TVS Make) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting all connection & remove the Pressure timing (PT) pump from engine and transport to OEM authorised service center and Calibration of PT pump for maximum efficiency by OEM Authorised Service center & replacement of PT Pump kit, gear gasket, etc in its original position by making all necessary connections complete whichever required under AGE E/M-II(U) AOR for smooth functioning of fllowing DG Set capacities complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Remove the Fuel injection pump (FIP) including Injector assembly from the engine transport to an authorized service centre for service, calibration and to adjust by replacing the following un serviceable worn-out spares with new appropriate make minor spares and bringing and fixing to the engine and tune up for maximum efficiency all as specified and as directed for DG set capacity up to 62.5 KVA :- Notes :- (i) Repairs/servicing / reassembling and testing of Fuel injector pump shall be carried out through the authorised service center on testing machine. (ii) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. (iii) The quoted rates of contractor are deemed to be included cost of transportation. (iv) Major spares Parts required will be measured and paid seperately.

lifting the Gen Set upto 200 KVA after dissconnection complete from cables, Shifting from existing to other place within 500 mtr sourrounding area on other foundation with all necessary arrangement of Cables Connections, Testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- All items & Manpower including Crane for lifting up and placing again on new foundation is included in quoted rates.

Disconnect the Radiator and kept aside safely and taking down the old unserviceable Water pump from the existing engine of DG set any make/model, capacity upto 200 KVA, Supply and fixing of new water pump & kit, reassembling the same and re-fixing the pump to the engine of DG set, refixing Radiator and testing, including making all Electrical/mechanical connections,commissioning as per OEM recomendation complete all as directed by Engg-in-charge.

Taking down defective Turbo Charger Assembly duly disconnecting the mechanical and electrical connections from DG Set, opening and thoroughly checking to carry out repairs complete to the Turbo Charger Kit and spares as required at site including any mechanical and reassembling and refixing the turbo charger assembly to its original position and reconnecting the same for thecapacity above 5 KVA and up to 62.5 KVA including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Calibration of water pump complete, overhauling, cleaning, replacing of gaskets, nuts, washers etc and reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine and testing including taking down the old unservicable water pump of any capacity 10 KVA To 62.5 KVA of DG set from the engine and taking it out side work to workshop, complete all as specified and directed:-

Notes for all items :- (a) Daily Collecting of complaints from JE/AGE is responsiblity of Contractor. After collecting Complaints from Complaint Register/Break down attending register duly signed by JE/Engr-in-Charge and contractor and Insturction by JE by Phone/SMS, complaint should be completed within 48 Hours of complaint receiving, Major complaints/AMF panel wiring/Rewinding etc items should be completed within 05 days, (b) Minimum 01 Technician with all tools, ladder and testing Equipment, as per the site requirement shall be provided by contractor. (c) Every month complete testing for serviceablity of DG Set for all Generator shall be done and reports submitted to Engr- in -Chage at the end of every month (if items required shall be paid under relevant items given above). (d) Documents required for complaints like Stationery, Complaint Register, Slips & Site Order Book shall be provided by the contactor.(e) safety precautions shall be responsible by the contractor.
