Round the Clock Operation and Guarding of all Electro-Mechanical Components Viz. Pumping Machineries, Sub-Station (2 x 1250 KVA Transformer, 11KV/0.415KV), Sludge Pump, Recirculation Pump, Gaseous Chlorination System, Indoor and Outdoor Illumination

Daily operation & guarding of horizontal split casing centrifugal pumping machineries, internal & external electrification arrangement including compound lighting, Gaseous chlorination system (charges for chlorine gas filling in the toner and charge for caustic will be borne by the Department), Sludge pump, recirculation pump etc. and 2 x 1250 KVA Sub-Stations equipments including of Battery Charger, Battery bank, HT VCB, HT Panel, ACBs, P.F. Correction Device, Lighting transformer, Dewatering Pump, Back Wash Pumps, Sludge Pumps, LT MCC / panel, LT control / Distribution panel along with other equipments like Soft Starter, Electrical Gadgets, Valves, 62.5KVA DG set, compound lighting etc. round the clock including up-keepment of entire installation and sweeping charges as per direction of EIC for 365 days. Major Electro Mechanical machineries at the installation:- a) Centrifugal pumps - 7nos. (150KW-2nos., 132KW-5 nos.) (4W+3S) b) Gaseous Chlorination System c) Electrical Sub-Station (2 x 1250 KVA, 11KV/0.415KV) d) 62.5 KVA DG set e) HT VCB Panel with relays f) RTCC panel for transformer - 2nos. g) 50 KVA Transformer for lighting h) LT PMCC panel including all ACBS i)Battery & Battery charger unit j) Back wash & dewatering pump set etc. k) Sludge pump & Recirculation pump-along with sludge system and air blower l) Internal & external lighting arrangement including compound lighting

Routine & Periodical inspection by Electrical Supervisor having valid Supervisor Certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board), Govt of West Bengal or under any other State, Govt of India along with Pump Technician / Supervisor. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date & time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in respective Station. The Supervisor required to have thorough / in depth inspection of all the Electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy / fault free operational condition of each equipments i.e. for Pumps, Motors, sub-station, Valves with Actuators, Flow Level / pressure instruments, Gauges, Lighting system, DG set, hoisting arrangements, Exhaust Fans, HT VCB Panel & L T Panel Boards, Cables, Capacitors, Transformers, Battery and Battery Chargers, Chlorination system including safety management system in compliance to the guide line as mentioned in the NIT. The periodic chart in tabular format as per direction of the EIC and in comply to the specification enclosed herewith for the check points scheduled should be furnished to the Department through out the whole period of 12 months.

Cleaning of contacts twice in a month in the LT Panel Board, HT Panel, Busbar, cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils once in a month in presence of Electrical Supervisor / Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date including supply of cotton waste, broom, torch, detergents, liquid sopas, gloves, apron, tools, tackles, terminals, sockets, fuses, indicating lamps etc. as & when required through out the entire period of 12 months.

Sevicing, testing and calibration complete with submission of report (specify of set point) in compliance with the guide line as per specification for the ACBs, VCB, Earthing Arrangement System including testing of transformer oil, CTs, PTs, Relays, Ammeters, Voltmeters, replacement of silica get etc. and checking of insulation once in half yearly (Twice in a year)

Consumption of diesel for 62.5KVA capacity DG set @ 11 ltr./hr. including all carriage & storage for 365 days X 2hr. run/day [Measurement must be as per actual running Hr/log book.]

Consumption of Mobil oil including all carriage & storage for the 62.5KVA DG set for 365 days x 2hrs. run/day [Measurement must be as per actual running Hr/log book.]
