Dismantling & taking down ACSR/AAC conductor of any size from LT over head line and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & taking down shackle/pin insulators of any size and type complete and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & taking down cross arm, channel, angles, flat iron various size/shape incl nut, bolt and washers etc complete and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & taking down GI guard wire of any size from LT over head line and removing from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole and including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed of following sizes Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, new sand, new bricks for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperatly in respective items here- in- before.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in soft /loose soil, Complete all as specified and all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm Complete all as specified and all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

M& L Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed. Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refiiling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

M&L laying bricks 'B' class over a cable (Width wise) old liad dried complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour cutting of metallic road/ hard standing/hard rock/wall up to a size not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying of protection pipe for cable including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate upto existing surface level or removing the any type of tiles carefully and refixing properly as per existing surface including suitable size of GI pipe (if necessary) complete all as specified and as directed Note: 1. If damaged/broken the any type of tiles while removing, the contractor shall replace the broken tiles with new one.2. The Quoted rate is included for all materials/T&P/Machinery used in this item, no material can paid/measured separately.3. All the removable tiles/re fixable material shall kept carefully at a safe place for refixing with in this quoted rate.4. GI Pipe shall measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by adopting horizontal boring including supply and inserting of HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia not less than 6kg/cm working pressure confirming to IS allas specified and directed. Note: Depth will not be less than 1.00 M below the road pavement and hard standing boring shall be carried out without damaging the road and hard standing.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised earth strip of size 25x4 mm (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of GI earth strip by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to earth test point as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work any in type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs complete all as speified and directed.

Supplying & fixing of terminal panel box of size 155 mm x 210 mm x 92mm of outdoor pole mounted front operated cubical type Box as per IEC 60439-1 (IS:8623) & IEC 60439 -2 dead back, free standing, dust and vermin proof, switch board with IP 66 protection with suitable for use 440 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz system. The Board/Panel shall be made out of moduler POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES. The gasket material shall be Polyurethane; while the gasket shall be internally embedded. . The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of test report in accordance with IEC 60529. The Panel Should be assembled at manufactures factory (Make for terminal panel Box - Hensel/hager of Equivalent to other manufacture POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES.and Panel box having 1x 6 Amp MCB (Make -Indo Asian(optipro /Havells/Legrand), 16 Sq.mm Terminal Block (04 Nos) , 6 Sq.mm Disconnected Terminal (01 No) ,4 Sq.mm Earth Terminal (01 No) including MS clamp flat 20 mm x3 mm in suitable fixed to pole with nut bolts complete all as specified and directed

M& L Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. to be fixed on pole with all fittings including mouth pieces for passing of sub main wiring three core of copper wire 2.5 sqmm to provide with conduit and connection to LED light and control box complete all as specified and directed.
