Construction work of 2 new VIP rooms and meeting hall in the inspection building complex of Public Works Department in Hamirpur district.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge., and as per DSR Item 2.6.1

Earth Work in filling of local earth by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift., and as per DSR Item 2.25(A)

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work, in foundation and floors., and as per DSR Item 4.1.8

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not excluding 8km from the site of work and including watering dressing etc. rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work., and as per DSR Item 2.27

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 to match the existing floor With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration , and as per DSR Item 2.35.3

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete work in Plinth Beam , Footing and Column , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), and as per DSR Item 5.1.2

RCC work in Lintels, Slab, Beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in Ground Floor, and as per DSR Item 5.3

RCC work in Column above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in Ground Floor, and as per DSR Item 5.2.2

Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ 300 mm dia piles single bulb under reamed piles and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap), and as per DSR Item 20.3.1

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more., and as per DSR Item 5.22.6
