Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. Providing and fixing aluminium structural curtain wall system,the glass to be fixed at the outer side of the Aluminium frame with two sides structural silicone sealant and two side mechanical support with pressure plate and cap.The system should be without direct touch between in and out profiles to avoid acoustic transfer,the system to have a thermal analyst to ensure maximum U -value of 1.70 W/sqm degK and SHGCvalue of 0.2,every glass panel to be drained separately to avoid water chamber in the system and to assure easy detection of water problems and repair if required. (i) Specially designed mullions and transoms of extruded aluminium section shall be of 6063 alloy. (ii) Coating of Aluminium section will be done with 20 micron anodized or 60 micron powder coating of required colour as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge. (ix) The Vision panel to be proved in the curtain wall system shall be as below: Vision Panel with glazed units of size as per drawing and consisting of 31.52 mm thick Hermetically sealed insulated glass comprising with 13.52 mm thick Laminated Glass (6 mm Clear Heat Strength Glass + 1.52 mm PVB Layer + 6 mm Clear Toughened Glass) + 12 mm Air Gap + (6 mm Clear Toughened Glass) of Saint Gobain/Eqvt.make of Approved shade with characteristics as per specification fixed in precise size on the outer face of the infill panel of approved make and glazed infill panel to be formed by approved means of special structural quality silicone adhesive sealent layer manufacture to standared like Wacker, Dow corning or Eqvt. as per direction of Engineer - in Charge. Some panels will be top Hung Openable panels in glazing curtain wall area with One pair of 26 " Long Heavey Duty StainlessS steel Friction Stay Accompanied by "Resctictor Arm " and Adjustment block of approved make including all fittings complete in all respect.
