PROVISION OF HIGH MAST LIGHT AT VEHICLE PARKING AREA AT MAIN GATE DRDL AND CERTAIN SANCTIONED WORKS UNDER GE(I) RND KANCHANBAGH HYDERABAD

M&L high mast structure of 16M height made of BS-EN 10025 hot deep galvanised as per BS EN ISO 1461 with 520mm dia and 25mm thick base plate for top section 20 sided of two sections. The top section should be 3mm thick and bottom 3mm thick with door opening at base of mast as per manufacturer specification. The base plate should not less than 520x520x25mm with 06Nos bolts of 24mm dia,850mm long and provision with lantern carriage made out of 40NB ERW Class B MS pipe with 450mm Internal Dia with 8Arm welded of two sections carrying 8 luminaires, 350 Kgs SWL with double drum which operated by motor 0.75 HP or manual, provided stain less steel wire rope grade AISI-304, 5mm dia of 7/19 construction for lantern carriage of 02 Nos of double drum which, 1450 Kgs per stainless steel rope of breaking capacity and providing of power tools integral motor re-reversible, 260 RPM, 415 Volts and adjustable torque limiter all as directed along with+D18d 01Nos of LED Aviation light of 9W, with inbuilt LED watch 230'A' Inbuilt Photo switch conforming to ICAO Annex 14,Type-A, >10Candela @360degree, 1KV PIV protection along with all mounting spared required to fix the light on top . The job includes Necessary foundation PCC /RCC work, removal and returning, refilling of solid etc with the following specification complete all as per manufacturer specifications and drwaings.The contractor should submit the drawings of Base foundation to Accepting Officer for scrutiny and approval. Make for high mast : Bajaj/Crompton/Wipro and comprising the following specifications :-

a) Excavation in soft/loose soil of size 2.30x2.30x1.5 mtr b) PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 of size 2.30x2.30x0.10 mtr c) RCC M-20 as in mat slab of size 2.10x2.10x0.30 mtr re-inforeced with 12mm bottom and top bars as per manufacturers drawings with stirrups 8mm @ 190mm c/c. d) RCC M-20 as in pedestal of size 1.00 x1.0x1.40 mtr (1.10 mtr below ground level and 0.30 mtr above ground level) re-inforced with 20 Nos of 12mm top bars with stirrups 8mm @ 190mm c/c. e) Galvanised Bolts and nuts of length 850mm and 24mm dia duly painted with anti corrosive paint - 06Nos fixing in the pedestal as per manufacturers drawings . f) Double wall Corrugated HDPE pipe of min dia 75mm for cable entry of length as required at site. g) Supply, Installing and errection of LT feeder pillar box 415V,32Amps,50Hz for high mast outdoor type stand mounting Dustand vermin proof, IP- protected fabricate with CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick powder coated finish after pre treatment and painting the stand with anti-corrosive black enamel paint with all bottom entry gland plates, base stand made with 40x40x5mm thick equal angle iron duly label with aluminium anodised duly provided with MCB 32Amp TPN as incomer, Contactors, Timer switches, Push buttons, Toggle switches with all incoming and outgoing cable entries including locking arrangements including multicore copper conductor cable for above fixtures etc complete as required.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metrs deep below ground level with top age of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, checks nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides building at all joints as shown in drgs and including excavation and earth works, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore of protection of GI wire from earth electrode, supply and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 Chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering complete all as complete all as shown on plate no 3 of SSR Part I and connected to earth test point including testing as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core in trenches/pipe Make: Havells/KEI/Gloster.

Excavtion in trenches soft/lose soil nexc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth etc complete and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surface as required level complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Returning refilling in trenches including spreading,leveling,watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in each layer of soil complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge

M&L double wall corrugated HDPE pipe of 40mm dia for cable protection laying in trenches complete all as specified.

Drilling holes under hard standing /road for laying pipe for cable etc by means of manual and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete all as specified

S&F light grade GI pipe for protection of UG cable of size 50mm dia all as specified. Make :Tata/Jindal/Prakash

S&F LED flood light 150Watt, 220V , 50HZ, IP-66 Ingress Protection with lumious efficacy of 120lm/W, 5700K CCT , <10% THD, 10KV surge protection, high power LEDs as light source pressure die cast housing with inbuilt optic lenses for uniform distribution complete fixing on mast using necessary spares as required at site. Make: Philips Cat Part No. BVP122 LED 150 CW HE SY200 FG XTFCL S4 or equivalent in Havells/Wipro

Dismantling the radiator assembly, exhaust pipes, fuel tanks and other parts of Diesel Generator set of 500 KVA capacity and shifting the complete DG set from MLB Bldg to EDF test facility DG set room using suitable capacity crane carefully and fixing on the plinth with all necessry parts required to complete the job the includes the following :- (a) Shifting the working DG from MLB to EDF DG room, fixing on the existing plinth. (b) Excavation, Returning & Refilling required for PCC plinth. (c) Cranes required to lift the DG sets and shifting. (d) Necessary galvanised bolts and nuts required for fixing the base frame of DG set on the plinth. (e) Necessary fabrication works as required at site. (f) Disconnecting the LT Panel and shifting to the EDF DG room and fixing using necessary angle iron stand.

Note :- 1. The contractor is completely responsible for shifting the DG carefully without any damage and fully responsible for damages casued due to negligence and wrong handling. The decession of accepting officer final and binding for such damges the contractor will get rectified on his own expenses. 2. The Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusvie of any spares/ items required for shifting and fixing in position complete.

Supply, Laying, Test and Commissioning LT UG cable of size 400 sqmm; 3.5 core XLPE insulated, armoured, multistranded, aluminium conductor electric cable of 1100 volts grade laid in ground, through trench/pipes including connecting with aluminium lugs etc and including removing old unserviceable cable all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/KEI/Gloster.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5m in width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations laying of cables and getting out in hard/dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.

Supply and filling Dry river sand for cushioning to cables in trenches including spreading, levelling complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Only punned thickness will be considered for measurement purpose.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cutting existing road/PCC of size 45cm x 60cm for taking out/laying of underground cable and including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4, 200mm thick type CI using 20mm graded aggregates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F light grade GI pipe protection of earth strip of size 40mm dia all as specified. Make :Tata/Jindal/Prakash

Supply and laying/fixing Galvanised Iron strip of size 32x6 mm burried in ground and on surfaces for connection of earth pits with GI nuts, bolts, washers etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing "ON LOAD" type change over switch with SS enclosure front handle operated, fixing on wall of capacity 1000 Amps and suitable for three phase, 415 V, 50Hz AC as per existing make suitable to be fitted with the existing panels or any other make as mentioned in CA including taking down old switch and making all connection including renewal of cable lugs/terminals if required complete all as directed. M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of thick 150mm complete all as directed.

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the existing DG set from EDF on its position and shifting the same to the near by location not more than 100m carefully without damage with necessary crane/power as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE of size 300 Sqmm, 3.5 core multistranded aluminium conductor insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade complete laid with wall/on floor with suitable size MS clamps/strip flat to the cable from ACB to Electrical cabinet in two runs all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE of size 300 Sqmm, 3.5 core multistranded aluminium conductor insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade including taking down XLPE cable complete all as directed.

M&L for sub main wiring complete with 4 runs of 06 Sqmm PVC insulated heavy duty and unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor and drawing through in and including PVC conduit of suitable size laid on wall/ floor with suitable size clamps and connecting terminal ends to meters and DB's including provision of 1 run of 06 Sqmm insulated copper cable for earth continuity conductor and conecting to earth dolly and taking down old u/s one complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge

S&F GI tubing 50mm dia, light grade in laid on wall or on floor with necessary clamps for protection of cable between Electric cabinet to chiller cabinet of furance all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape hand rail straight portion , drilled and contersunk for balusters, nosing to steps, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing chain link fencing ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 .

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail, straight portion, drilled and countersunk for baluster running bars, for securing bolts, post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securig wire mesh etc) includng all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

S&F mild steel bolt machine made with hexagonal heads at one end and screwed at other end to be fitted with washers and one nut exc 5 but not exc 10 cm and dia of shank is 11 to 15mm

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete

M&L hardcore of broken stone or boulders of guage n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L 100mm thick plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 ( 40mm graded aggregate) as in path, floor, hard standing finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement spike rolling to surface or making impression of expanded metal, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as directed

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of anti corrisive paint over a coat of anti corrisive primer.

M&L plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded stone aggregate) in floors, plinth courses, string courses, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plated complete finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre- formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'B' for 100mm thickness of concrete slab all as specified

M&L for Walling of random rubble masonry regular coursed, Secunderabad type, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of stone masonry complete all as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonary other than brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint to match with the existing wall surfaces complete all as directed

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) three layered of 2000 ltr capacity hoisted fixed in position complete all as specified in SSR Part-I.

Removing Excavated soils exceeding 1 KM but not exceeding 1.5 KM and depositing where directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble masonry regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 ( using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps, seismic and other damp proofing courses, plinth courses, water tank base, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, coping etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal exterior paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of true care exterior wall primer over two coats of external birla putty 1.5mm each to level the surface and finshied smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and as directed . Scarifying or picing gravelled, macadam, bituminous macadam or black top surface exc 50mm and not exc 100mm deep in area exc 400 Sqm complete

M&L 250mm thick in two layers (150mm + 100mm thick) soling spread thickness with broken stone boulder or quarried stones (90mm to 40mm size) inter stick filling, surface formed , rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller.

M&L 100mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of granite trap or basalt, of grading 1 (90mm to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller.

Preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen primer @ 10kg/10sqm
