Description

Cleaning the drainage lines including removing choke up by using hydro jets including charges of machinery, skilled/unskilled labours with all required safety devices,. The item also includes disposal of all types of sludge, solid materials removed from lines in to sludge drying beds at designated place for further treatment. The item rate is excluding GST.

Removing choke up and cleaning of drainage manhole chambers of 1.00 m and 1.20 m (inside) dia of all depths using mechanically means or manually including dewatering, using all labour, machinery, safety devices, shoes and hand gloves to labour, rope, ladder, disposing the waste to a suitable place within 100 m etc. complete. ( Rates excluding GST)

Providing services of supervisor who shall move about in the industrial area dn inspect for any leakages/overflow due to chokes/blockages in the drainage system and report accordingly as per direction of Engineer in charge for one shift of 8 hrs on all days of month etc. complete. The rates are inclusive of service tax, conveyance etc. complete.

Providing at site of work and lowering, laying & jointing HDPE pipe of outer diameters confirming to IS: 14333-1996 in prepared trenches to required grade & level including cost of jointing material, chemicals, labour required for handling & making joints etc. including hydraulic testing of pipes etc. complete. M-15, inside plaster. 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 3 with Sulphur resistant cement finished with a floating coat of neat cement, & pointing in cement mortar 1:2 above crown level, and providing channels in C.C. M –15 & finished smooth complete curing testing etc. complete in B.B. masonry 230 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 up to 1.5 m depth & 350 mm thick below 1.50 m depth including 600 mm internal diameter R.C.C. precast cover 100 mm thick with requisite reinforcement & frame etc complete (excluding excavation but including dewatering) for pipes up to 600 mm dia.(Rates excluding GST). Providing, erecting pre-cast elements such as cover slabs for drains, grills, kerbs, kerb stone, dividers, manholes, frames, manholes covers, gutters, fence posts grills, rails lintels, sills, bed blocks, steps or any other member or element as per drawings & specifications using RCC grade M-20 including shuttering as may be required, compacting by plate vibrator, curing and finishing the element where required with 1:3 cement mortar, transporting to site and erecting in position grouting with cement mortar 1:3 as may be required and curing etc. all labour and material complete. (Including cost of Steel reinforcement)( Rates excluding GST). Elements weighing upto 50 kg.

Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional/ I.S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in foundations and plinth of inner walls/ in plinth external walls including bailing out water manually , striking joints on unexposed faces, raking out joints on exposed faces and watering etc. Complete.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for foundation and bedding / steps including steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface, only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.),with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Providing internal cement plaster 20mm. thick in Single coats in cement mortar 1:3 without neeru finish, to concrete, brick surface, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Dewatering the excavated trenches and pools of water in the building trenches / pipeline trenches, well works by using pumps and other devices including disposing off water to safe distance as directed by Engineer-in-charge (including cost of machinery, labour, fuel), etc. complete. (Bd-A-9/261) (i) The Contractor at his request may be allowed to start construction of masonry steining so as not to allow silting of well in oncoming monsoon and while paying masonry, 25% amount shall be withheld and released only when excavation to the full depth is completed. (ii) Dewatering : Total dewatering charges are to be proposed in the tender as lumpsum amount and 75% is payable for excavation and 25% is payable for construction of well / gallery. Out of 75% excavation, break-up shall be as under 25% for last 1 M depth. 20% for 2 M depth which is just above last 1 M depth. 15% for 2 M depth which is just above last 3 M depth. 15% for the rest of depth from water table level. The above conditions will restrict the tendencies of agencies to avoid deepening of wells, etc. to the required depth.
