Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick masonry or concrete surface in wall and ceiling etcincluding raking out joint, hacking for keys, scrubing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MOD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of roof sheet (corrugated or semicorrugated etc) in roof covering fibre sheets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of MS works of any description such as pipe, gates work, frame bird proofing etc, including necessary straightening of bends complete all as specified and dirceted.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair face in Cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls finishing even and fair including necessary scaffolding work etc complete with water proofing compound all as specified and directed. (Note: Sand cushion will be measured and paid separately)

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for special water proofing treatment for sunken portion of WCs/ Bath & toilet executed in following stages:- Stage-1:- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs of STP Ltd in the proportion / quantity all as per manufacture instructions. Stage-2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water profing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion/ wuantity all as per Manufacture instructions. Stage 3:- Apply Dr Fixit Primeseal primer or Equivalent of STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as pr Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 6:- All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mmm long 20mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any. Stage 8:- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. Note:- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accorded for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's /Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item (c) Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and vertitical treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.

M&L for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles and rubbish of the premises etc and removal of rubbish/ demolished materails out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) 25mm thick as in flooring finishes the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid ceramic tiles (Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick rectangular area of each tiles exc 0.18sqm n.exc 0.36Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 laving floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfcaes (Coloured) 350x250x7mm /450x350x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces as in backing coat for tiles ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vertified ceramic tiles 10 mm (light shade of square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid ceramic tiles (Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick rectangular area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm n.exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200mmx7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado and risers to steps and including over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces as in backing coat for tiles etc all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) size 580 x 450 mm, white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to floor, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each complete as specified and directed.

S&F for Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing etc complete all as specifiied and as directed.

S&F for Factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm th. Moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain coour PVC sheet on back fce, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing with wood free EPS etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of PVC water tank capacity n.exc 500 litres at any height (on accessible/inaccessible roofs) by removing all scale, dirt, mud, any foreign material and removing accumulated silt, other dirty substance, algae, fungus and other bacterial material from sides/bottom of tank cleaning shall be done by draining / pumping out water/sludges from bottom removing edge and other growth from wall/ floor/ roof by high pressure cleaning method with jet set and again cleaning tank with fresh water. Disinfecting by using UV radiator and approved chemical (Chloriten) after cleaning writing letter/figures on black ground with white enamel paint of following capacity cleaning of PVC every six months:- (i) Date of cleaning. (ii) Next due date of cleaning. (iii) Remove of existing lettering/figures completely.
