Supply, installation testing and commissioning of 2 numbers of new laptops for the relay testing/communication works and conduction of other diagnostic tests of equipment at Sharavathy Generating station. Jogfalls, Shomoga,Karnataka.

The bidder shall be a regular manufacturer/supplier/ authorized agency and shall have proven experience in the field of Supply of laptops to power utilities/reputed organization during last preceding five financial years. In proof of the above, bidder shall upload the copy of Purchase order/ work order copies for single work order value not less than Rs 0.73 lakhs corresponding work done/Supply completion certificate issued from competent authority in e portal ( Weightage of 10% per year will be considered for 5 preceding financial years to bring them to the present price level of financial year in which the tender is invited).

PAN copy shall be submitted

GST Registration copy shall be submitted.

PF Declaration statement shall be furnished.

The bidder in the last preceding five financial years should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs 1.47 lakhs. In proof Annual Report/turn over certificates statements, duly certified by chartered accountant should be uploaded in e-portal. (Weightage of 10% per year will be considered for 5 preceding financial years to bring them to the present price level of financial year in which the tender is invited).
