Cleaning, removing all scale, dust, dirt and elgy using wire/jute brush from inside of RCC/PVC tanks and connected pipe removing to a distance of not less than 250mtrs, washing the tank/pipe with bleaching powder solution and finally applying 2% potassium permangnate solution for disinfection, including marking with black/white paint on white/black base on tank "Tank cleaned on ____ Dt_____". Capacity 500 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed. .

All as per item No 1 above but capacity 1000 litres.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, walls, roof tiles including bedding but not backing and rubbish off permises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete above the ground floors n exc 15 cm thickness (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) such as cooking platform, chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm and not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non skid ceramic colour tiles (square / rectangular) of 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including 15 mm thick screed bed (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors including finishing the surface rough & even for receiving tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 450x300 x7 mm thick coloured glazed ceramic tiles as in dado/ skirting and vertical serfaces set&jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 10 mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar 1:4 to match the Shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
