Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceilings tiles at all hieghts of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern, the tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity K = 0.052 (-) 0.057 w/m k, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 & 7) in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round gavanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15 x 35 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 600 x 600 mm suspended from celing using galvazied mild steel item (galvanizedd @ 80 gsm) 50 mm long 8 mm outerdiameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 x 25 x 2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre of centre along main 'T'. The suystem should rest on periphery walls/partitions with the heop of GI perimeter wall angle of wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all hieghts, The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. with or without groves (HSR 13.92)

Preparation of ply wood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead , linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete(HSR 16.1)

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, knotting and stopping, etc. (HSR 16.2)

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade (HSR 16.3)

Painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint (HSR 16.7)

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surfaces (HSR 16.25)

Spirit polishing one coat on old work (HSR 16.45)

Preparation of plastered surfaces for oil bound distemper including sand papering the surface, applying one coat of linseed oil, and filling with approved quality filler, consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete (HSR16.52)

Distempering with washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two coasts excluding priming coat on new work (HSR 16.57)

Supplying and fixing hydraulic door closer, I.S.I. mark, with necessary screws , etc., complete- (HSR 17.82(b )} (b) I.S.I. designation No. III ( size of door 701 mm to 850 mm)

Providing and fixing plastic laminated sheets thickness, not less than 1.5mm(conforming to I.S. Specifications), including cost of approved adhesive complete. (HSR 17.88 (a)} (a) natural finish

Factory manufactured solid flush door shutters, with block board core as per I.S. No. 1659-1969 bonded with water proof type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, hot-pressed, conforming to I.S. 2202 part I and II, fixed in position, including iron hinges, screws, chocks/cleats and stops, etc., (excluding the cost of any fittings other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position)- (HSR 17.93(a)} (a) commercial veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneer on both sides commercial facing with laminated core and lipped edges :- (i) 25 mm thick

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm of approved make in flooring, laid in any pattern as specified over base of adhesive of reputed brands such as Pidilite, Laticrete, Ferrouscrete & Valendure as per IS specification 15477-2004 and jointed with white cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles.(NS) Notes: i. Tile shall be premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, JOHNSONS, RAK, ORIENT BELL AND SIMPOLO. ii. Tiles shall be fixed by using PVC spacers of required size and the space between tiles shall be filled up with cement based grout of approved make & colour. Nothing extra shall be paid for this

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm of approved make in skirting/ dado, laid in any pattern as specified over base of adhesive of reputed brands such as Pidilite, Laticrete, Ferrouscrete & Valendure as per IS specification 15477-2004 and jointed with white cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. (NS) Notes: i. Tile shall be premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, JOHNSONS, RAK, ORIENT BELL AND SIMPOLO. ii.
