Note : Prior to commencement of the subject works, the contractor needs to submit valid Electrical License in the name of himself/them self or Agreement with agency having valid Electrical License alongwith Agency's Electrical License to the Accepting Officer for his approval through GE. In absence of such documents, no work will be executed at site and to be treated as defaulter on the Contractor's part . In addition, Supervisor for execution of electrical works employed by the Contractor shall posses Supervisory Certificate of competency issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory and the Worker/Tradesman for execution of Electrical Works must hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory.

Material and labour for excavating in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth for taking out/laying of under ground cable, pole or stay and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft /loose soil or hard/dense soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

Supply and spreading dry sand of approved quality for cushioning of UG cable laid in trenches all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of electric cable, nominal cross sectional area of 120 sqmm, 3 core heavy duty 11KV (E) grade, XLPE insulated, screened with sound compacted aluminium conductor, conductor screening with extruded semi-conducting layers insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2) extruded inner sheathing galvanised steel strip armoured PVC (ST-2) outer sheathed cable conforming to IS-7098(Part-II) amended of following sizes, laid in trenches/cable duct complete all as specified and as directed :-

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Cutting of faulty cable / joint is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (b) Earth work i.e. exc, removal, and returning filling will be measured & paid separately

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Cutting of faulty cable / joint is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (b) Earth work i.e.excavation, removal, and returning filling will be measured & paid separately

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement for 80mm bore GI protection pipe light grade for cable protection incl all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole all as specified all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement lightening surge arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings such as bolts, nuts, washers etc having transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting and taking out HT VCB for Overhauling of Spring charge unit including cleaning & removing of scales, soot or any hydroscopic layer accumulated on copper bus bar using proper chemical cleaning reagents like CRCs, checking nuts, bolts, make break operation both mechanically and electrically smooth including greasing of all moving/ fixed contact, nut & bolts checking contact resistance, Internal control wiring, repairing/replacing heating coil removing moisture for all the feeders complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Spares required for replacement will be paid and measured separately.

M & L for Disconnecting of cables from HT VCB panel checking of earth fault and over current relays testing of relays with the help of relay testing kit (boosting Kit) and resting of relays as per desire load current reconnecting the cables, including calibration of relays, for proper tripping and functioning and replacement of U/S parts if required and testing complete for tripping all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Spares required for replacement will be paid and measured separately.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pedestal coping including necessary formwork finished fair using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge..

Material and labour for disconnecting the electric connection and dismantling to the existing old LT panel board of any size and keeping aside in safe custody / depositing to MES store yard including its accessories as schedule of credit to contractor or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology/manual excavation as necessary including machine ,tools etc as per site requirement.

Material & Labour for replacement of unserviceable existing wiring of LT Panels located at different locations and wiring with new copper wiring 2.5/4 sqmm with copper lugs epoxy insulator bar and insulating the bus bar with tape conforming with colour code complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs for 3 Ph Voltmeter digital type 3.5 digit display 0-500V range square shape with PT Coil fixed to existing LT Panels complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cutting the burnt out aluminium lugs and relugging of LT cable in cable end box of transformer on switches including cutting existing lugs suitable for cable of size 70 to 185 sqmm and reconnection after repair work and testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of the liftings/relaying of cable whereas required for relugging is deemed to be inclusive in the unit rates quoted by the bidder against that item.

Material and labour for end termination joints (epoxy type) for LT PVC / XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable including jointing and testing etc for the following size :- Make : 3M /M-seal/Denson/Raychem etc Note : (i) Cutting of faulty cable/ joint is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (ii) If old burnt/damaged LT cable/joint retrieved will be issued to contractor as schedule of credit.

Material & Labour for Painting of LT Panels of any size/dimension by preparation of old painted surfaces, cleaning refixing panel board door with hinges, repairing/replacing broken hinges of LT Panel door, Insulating with rubber strap, nut bolts etc removing of existing rust grease oil spot etc, priming with aluminium red-oxide and then applying 1st grade of synthetic enameled spray paint (two coat) of approved make, brand and colours (includes cost of paint) & foundation and painting names of the distribution location complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix industrial LED luminaries highbay lighting of capacity 200W environment friendly and robust highbay/mediumbay LED IP66 luminaries with high efficiency in replacement including taking down old U/S HPMV/MH lamp on various height i.e 15 to 18 Mtrs in hangar, Arial port, warehouse etc. including taking down existing unserviceable light of any capacity or any type. Make: (i) EVEREADY Cat No- LEDH1BAY20015R-02 (ii) Crompton, Cat No. LHB11-200-CDL/60-M (iii) make Bajaj Cat No. BGHBM 200W LED XE / or equivalent Philips. NOTE: Necessary arrangement like hydrulic boom ladder and tools for fixing /removing of lights to be arranged by the contractor and deemed to be included the above quoted rate.
