Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion SS2 grade on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means complete in all respect as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 2/3 part 13.2 mm approved stone grit: (100% passed from 22.4 mm sieve and retained on 11.2 mm sieve) & 1/3 part 11.2 mm approved stone grit: (100% passed from 13.2mm sieve and retained  on  5.6 mm sieve) using bitumen VG-10 @ 1.46 kg/sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades complete in all respect as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 506 (also included tack coat) & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. . Providing and laying seal coat Type C sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using 6.7 mm size approved stone grit (100% passed from 9.5 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve) and bitumin binder VG-10 @ 0.65 kg/sqm laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades complete in all respect as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
